A charge was debited from my checking account for an annual insurance policy that I had not authorized. It turns out that, instead of refunding the money to my account—the very account from which it had been withdrawn—they refunded it to a Best Buy gift card. I have no idea whose card that is, and now I am having trouble getting my money back. It is truly unfortunate that this is the same bank that pulled this exact same stunt on me back in Mexico; on that occasion, they withheld a payment of 2,500 Mexican pesos following a purchase I made at a Home Depot in Monterrey. The bank representatives feigned ignorance and never returned my money—despite the fact that I still possess the payment receipts. To avoid giving me my money back, they simply claimed that "the system had absorbed it." As far as I'm concerned, it was nothing short of theft.

The plan was amazing while I had it. Best Buy was professional and assisted me with all issues I had.

This coverage is complete, and I've never had issues with claims on my covered items.
