I havent really had the need to use it other than one time, but that was enough for me not to renew it again. I bought an xbox that came included with a control, a year after took the control back because a button wasnt functioning properly and was told i had to bring the entire xbox back for them to be able to exchange my control. It's ridiculous, but i have to go back withthe xbox.

The company reduced the warranty time, didn’t send information that they report is available to extend the warranty and offer no grace period if it drops of to renew on a product that is still working with no issue. Information was different from various sources. Warranty expired 3/27/26 contacted geek squad on 3/26/26 no warning information or opportunity to extend give was informed at my appointment on 4/11/26 that my warranty was expired. Don’t recommend unless you ask the right questions.

It feel extremly useless. I wanna cancel it but I’m gonna use my warranty before I do. The labor benefits are terrible, there’s no be fit to getting exclusive items or priority to getting items. It used to feel like a VIP plan but now it’s warranty or lose it. Example that could help is if there’s a limited edition console cards etc, total members should get priority. I absolutely dislike and will cancel soon.

Membership is good for discounts on products and coverage for things that break. I wish it included free shipping and haul away for large appliances which it used to but was recently removed from the plan
