I had a laptop failure and originally did not think of going to Best Buy. I contacted a local computer store and it was going to take a week before they'd even look at my PC. I am so glad I remember Best Buy. They got me in and running quickly. They were very professional and took a look while I was there to see if it was something they could handle quickly. I ended up having to leave my PC and within a few days it was fixed. I ended up having another issue a few months later - my drive failed - and so I went back again. They again did a nice job. I really like that they schedule appointments and can accept walk-ins. I never had to wait very long for assistance. I highly recommend this service!!! They make a frustrating event less painful!!

The Best Buy Total membership is absolutely worth every penny you pay for it. It is very reassuring to know that the Geek Squad is just a call away when I need help and I have called them. I've had this membership since buying a Dell desktop computer in 2014! SOooooooo valuable!

This membership is a money saver! Instead of having to purchase insurances for your items like phones and cameras it allows you to only pay the membership price and all of your devoces bought with them automatically covered with the membership. In total i have my smasung s25 plus, galaxy watch, two ring cameras, and a battery. Money saver and great perks!

I would like to purchase an aura ring to help my dad monitor his vitals on a daily basis . He has lots of health issues and I worry constantly. Best Buy is my happy place and has help create a warm feeling full of family fun with all the devices I have purchased in stores

Unlimited Geek Squad service is included in this very useful annual Best Buy Total membership, which covered all repairs my computer needed. Now if other equipment needs service anytime this next year, the Squad will handle it without further cost!

This membership paid for itself. I purchased a couple of high-dollar items and was informed that if they went on sale within 60 days, because I purchased the membership, I could come back and be price-matched and refunded the difference, so I would essentially get the sale price. Within about 4 weeks, they were both on sale and I got the refund. Definitely worth it for the money it saved me.

I purchased our membership in early October and have used it, gratefully and successfully, many times already. We are in our late 70s, purchased a new computer etc and while somewhat computer saavy, Geek Squad's assistance, patience and expertise getting us set up and running took the stress right out of it! Look, if you’re the kind of person who treats their electronics better than some people treat their pets, this membership is a no-brainer. Having everything covered under a protection plan brings me more peace of mind than yoga and chamomile tea. It’s way better to have protection and not need it than to have a nervous breakdown over a cracked screen or faulty components with no safety net. You probably already treat them better than your children anyway. At least this way you can give these back and get a new one when they s@$# the bed. And let’s be real for a second: if you proudly call yourself a gadget geek but can’t swing less than $200 a year to protect your precious babies, then my friend.... It might be time to pick up a new hobby, like knitting or competitive couponing. Totaltech isn’t just a membership, it’s a way of life. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there is always room to improve. Like giving total tech members higher priority as well as notifications and queue updates to pre order high demand items like the Nintendo Switch 2. Looking at you Best Buy.

I’m a member in Best Buy and also a member Greek squad I have my gaming lots of fix and the process was pretty quick before the due date so that’s pretty awesome I’ve been going to Best Buy for a while. Don’t remember, but it’s the best place to buy anything that you like. Good discounts. Also good employees they do a great job what they do five stars for me.

We debated at first purchasing this but when we thought about it and all the stuff that could happen when you have kids in college and using devises that they will need for the next couple of years it pays off just in case something happens

Im not a gamer player, I went to the store and a sales team help me doing the order. I heard it is a goid pc desktop. I like Best Buy because there's always there to assist me with the things that I had in mind. This is a Christmas present very soon I will find out.

Excellent value and would absolutely recommend if you’re a frequent tech shopper, may need a lot of GeekSquad assistance, or shop for a lot of Apple products, as the membership offers up to 2 years of AppleCare. Whenever my family upgrades their phones I’m going to put them on my plan.

The membership is a particularly good deal when you anticipate needing several Geek Squad services and they are covered by the membership fee for a year. The 20% off pricing is an added perk, particularly if you anticipate a sizeable amount of purchasing in a year.

I had let my membership go. But my old computer broke down and to get it looked over I really needed to get this service. It cost less than what I needed to have done would have without the membership. I am happy that I have it and they set my new computer up for free and took all the information they could off my old computer.
