Havent had the opportunity to use it yet. Slightly bothered because one staff member told the plan covers all my product repairs for as long as I have the membership, then the next staff member tols me that its only a 20% discount on repairs. I hope it covers ot all because if not I'm cancelling my membership

Signed up for Best Buy Total Membership recently (few weeks ago). I have already used it twice. Easy to make apptmt for quick turnaround, and both contacts at Greece W Ridge Store in NYS (Riccardo & Remy) have been extremely helpful. They upgraded my Windows 10 to 11, suggested uninstalling a virus protector I was carrying, as it was bogging down my computer, and recommended WebRoot. I was already carrying Carbonite for backups. WebRoot was an easy addition and my computer is working much faster as well. I am very happy with the services to date.

This membership helped me take care of a number of computer issues for quite a bit less than if I had had to pay for the individual services and it gives me the peace of mind I need in case I have other issues. I have to take care of the family devices, so having this service is a big deal.

Accidentally purchased total tech care , I actually went in to purchase a 16 inch MacBook prop which I accidentally purchased for shipping online . So when I called best buy customer service instead of canceling my order and the transaction taking 3 to 5 days to repost to my account they changed my order to pick up I went to the store and they didn't have it stock and available which at that point I called customer service back to see what my options were all of which included canceling so to my hesitation I did so only to come to the realization my cancellation turned into turned into a total tech purchase thank you for reading my rant

So far, I have been VERY HAPPY with the membership and everything that comes with it. Admittedly, I know almost NOTHING about computers, I've always been intimidated by, and weary of them, but we're now living in a world where I NEED one, and I need to learn how to use it. The GEEK SQUAD personnel have been instrumental in helping me to become proficient enough to use my laptop and to take full advantage of what it is capable of helping me with. And the security that comes with KNOWING that anything that goes wrong with the computer is covered by this plan is very reassuring. I highly recommend doing this.

I have found that having the Total membership is one of my best investments. There have been many times over the years that it has come in handy. The people in the Geek Squad have been a great help in solving my problems or in giving me information that I need. I am so glad to have this coverage because technology is going to fast for many older people.

The Best Buy Total membership is absolutely worth every penny you pay for it. It is very reassuring to know that the Geek Squad is just a call away when I need help and I have called them. I've had this membership since buying a Dell desktop computer in 2014! SOooooooo valuable!

I was so satisfied with the membership that I purchased. They have great deals great prices affordable prices. They also helped you with all the support that you need with tech repairs troubleshooting everything that you need. I really recommend purchasing this membership. It helped me a lot and saved me a lot of money.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of arriving on time and being efficient and effective! Also, the sales person who took my order in the store was very customer-oriented. Yesterday I made another purchase - a new ipad. The sales person who helped me was very good and the Geek Squad again was great.

My son’s computer failed to boot up properly after receiving an OS update. We went back to the Best Buy store where it was purchased and the Geek Squad teem expeditiously diagnosed and repair the computer in a short period of time. Having the Total Care program saved me over $380..00. It is well worth the price for the service!

While I didn't initially sign up for Total, it's a reality that technology break and needs repair. This can be an expensive consequence, and it is fortunate to have a membership that covers these costs. I ended up spending hundreds less than I would have otherwise just by signing up! The service was great, the Geek Squad was helpful, and my laptop is working better than ever! While I haven't yet had a chance to sample all the membership perks yet, I still recommend this service to anyone who has electronics they need to keep in working order.

The truth is, many people will think that the membership isn't necessary, but it all depends on what kind of person you are and how much you like technology. If you're a tech enthusiast, I recommend buying this membership because you'll save thousands of dollars, I guarantee it.

i was already planning on buying a warranty when my former laptop quit working because that one had so many problems within weeks of buying it, and the best buy total membership was cheaper than the one year warranty (i was buying two things) and came with a bunch of other perks

I don't typically purchase extended warranties or subscribe to membership offers, however, I am glad that I opted to join the Best BuyTotal Membership plan. Within the first 30 days I have been able to get great service from the Geek Squad on numerous tech items! They added memory to my computer, backed up 2 old computers and transfered information from to my new. They helped me with new external storage, with my watch, phone and earbuds. The technicians were friendly and fast! I have a couple other "projects" and plan to use this service to its max!

I wanted to take these back on day one because the volume was low. I called my son and told him to drive with me back to Best Buy. He went into my computer settings and pressed volume up and now I’m loving these. Quality of sound and blocking out noise is superb.OMG it would have been the ultimate mistake yo take these back. Definitely will get my husband some of these for his bday in November.

This is a great value. I had them do in my home computer repair and cleanup. Now I’m covered for a year for only a few dollars more than they service was going to cost from geek squad. They really cleanup and sped up my pc. Very polite and professional and explained every step to me so I could understand. Highly recommend!❤️
