There's an old advertisement that says, "Don't leave home without it". I think Best Buy could also boast for the same. We now lived in an era that is practically ran by technology. Best Buy store is and has been my first choice when it comes to computers, printers and other devices that are now a necessity to live our lives competitively and quickly. Because of that demand to run our lives efficiently nowadays, membership with Best Buy is well worth it. It's the best advice I could give to my friends and loved ones to keep their electronic devices in tip top shape. When visiting Best Buy, don't leave the store without it.

I recently purchased a Mac and an HP printer at Best Buy, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what I needed and guided me toward the right products for both performance and value. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and everything was clearly explained, including setup tips and warranty options. Both the Mac and the HP printer work perfectly and were exactly what I was looking for. I also want to highlight how satisfied I am with the Best Buy membership. The benefits, support, and peace of mind it offers truly add value to the purchase. It made the experience feel more premium and customer-focused. I have greater relief with all my Best Buy purchases- appliances and office appliances alike knowing I have the Total Tech Membership. Aside from repairs, it includes removal of old appliances, installation and all self-help guidance needed. With my new computer, it is a seamless process transferring all programs and data through the included Geek Squad support. The membership also includes lowest prices on items and special buys regularly advertised. I highly recommend for peace of mind.

I suffered two computer failures in less than two months, and I needed to get these high-end systems back online. The Geek squad people found the problems with both systems, and were able to fix the problems quickly. My computers are back home and working properly. One of the computers required RAM replacement, and the best price I could find for the needed parts was at Best Buy. So, I was able to purchase the new RAM online on the Best Buy web site with the in-store pick up option, so the Geek squad people were able to perform the needed installation quickly. I appreciate the service I received as well as the relatively low price for the hardware I needed to purchase :) . Also, signing up for an annual membership saved me money on the system repairs, and I now have options for other savings throughout most of this year :) .

I have found this membership is a great value and have recommended it to a friend. Help is always available with the Geek squad and most of the time they can zero-in to the problems I have. The previous BestBuyTotal membership offered the opportunity for a Geek Squad tech to come to my home to set thing up. This part of the Total membership is no longer available and I am disappointed in that part of the membership. I truly believe that each member should be offered at least ONE home tech support -- especially when I purchase most of my electronics from BestBuy.

I bought the HP Office Jet Pro 8120e. I love it. I was so nervous regarding the setup because I'm not a technical person. That is one reason why I bought the membership. Best Buy came, set it up and I didn't have to do a thing. My mind was at ease. Also, knowing that if I need anything or any help, they are there to help me or come to my house if needed. This takes a lot of stress out of a 79 yr. old woman. Not only that, but Robbie, the salesman did an awesome job of helping me pick out a printer and explained them very well. I t was a pleasure doing business with him-and no pressure.

TotalTech main advantage is extended warranty for 2 years. Computer setup transfer of old files is a nice plus too. If you will use Applecare the extra year is added value. Unfortunately they discontinued home TV installs but I just did that myself. Had better service support on fridge that was dead on arrival. Wish they checked it out in advance or could return same week. The Samsung Frame TV was tricky to get the TV talking to its control box and would have been handy to have Geek Squad Software help. I would have given 5 stars if TV setup was still available.

I enjoy the Best Buy total membership because I am a home health aide and whenever I need assistance with my client with items I’ve purchased for her the membership is always available to come to her home and assist with installation or over the phone with any questions or concerns and they make it so easy and the customer service are so kind and helpful, even when they don’t know the answers they find someone to help.

So far I’m enjoying my membership. It is applicable to my purchase. I love my purchase. My customer service representative was amazing and I was able to answer all my questions with efficiency that’s off to Best Buy. This is where we always return to purchase any of our digital equipment, camera cameras, laptops whatever they need may be at the time. Thank you so much for always being the best. Go Best Buy.!!

I love being able to get the work I need done on my computers without being overcharged. I do however, have issue with buying a new Mac and being told I could not get the 20 minute instructional on the Mac when I was picking up a computer that had a hard drive erased, another that was to have its drive moved to the Mac, and picking up the Mac (that did not have set up the apps I requested) that was not ready. Only to be told I had to set up another appointment when an in-person agent originally set up the appointment knew my situation and assured me I would be given a 20 minute lesson on the Mac. One agent tried to be as helpful as possible as the other was trying to rid of me. In the end I was asked if we were I was good (my first Mac). I asked how to shut it off. That should be at the basic of instruction. Just because they know does not mean I know. Most of the techs were wonderful, but one ruined my experience. When I asked how to shut it off, I think she realized I was clueless and really needed help. Instead I found a place on my Mac that walks me through some of the basic issues and have reached out to friends or You Tube for other concerns. Something that could have been explained by the techs in a 20 minute walk through. After spending that much money and telling them my fears of transitioning to a Mac from a PC, they should have been more understanding.

I always buy all of my products from Best Buy. I have never had anything less than the best customer service no matter what area I go in the knowledge of everyone there is so awesome from management owned down to the employees. I love Best Buy and I hope that I do get a chance to win this $400 gift card. I just moved in my home and I am needing more things for it. I will only use Best Buy I trust the warranties. I trust what they show me to use as far as any equipment. Sometimes I come in. I feel so lost. They help me they show me how to use whatever I am buying. I appreciate the fact that they even take care of me the way they do. I recently bought a washer and dryer. It is so beautiful a dream come true for me because it’s the pair that like thank you to all the employees for always being so kind

Just the 2 years of free apple care, makes up for the price of the membership by itself.... If you buy ONE apple product a year, it makes you whole. "Membership just for the right to shop" sounds weird at first, but the member only deals are pretty good when they are on products you need, but if you are thinking about this membership and DON'T buy at least one major purchase (phone, computer, TV, Appliances, etc) a year, then it won't add up to be worth it, the major appliances and expensive tech is where the savings really add up. Protection plans on everything (including apple care) by default is amazing piece of mind, needed to use it twice last year, but keep in mind it's only included while the subscription is active, so no "get it for this purchase then cancel it" workarounds.

This service is worth it! It’s great to have your devices covered. They are quick to help and go above and beyond with this service. Everyone is knowledgeable and they actually care about the functionality of your devices and needs. They want to make sure that the device is a fit for what your are needing. They are very honest about the products and issues. I’ve had the membership for several years and will continue with the service.

I was on the fence about the annual fee, but if you are buying a big-ticket item like a gaming laptop, the math actually works out. The main reason I got it was for the included protection plans (Best Buy Protection). It gives me peace of mind knowing my expensive tech is covered for accidents without having to buy separate warranties for everything. The 60-day return window is also a nice bonus, as it gave me plenty of time to really test out my new gear to make sure it was right for me. It’s expensive if you don't shop here often, but for a major purchase year, it pays for itself.

From the moment I walked into the /Best Buy store until my problems with my computer, scanner and printer there was nothing but courtesy, understanding, and knowledge both in the store and with over the phone assistance. The patience of the Geek Squad was outstanding, especially in light of my very computer and other technology skills. What a great bargain and purchase it was. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who is considering it.
