    I opted for this when I had an Asus laptop in which the harddrive bricked itself, they replaced the Harddrive and was great throughout the whole experience, kept me up to date through the whole process and was honest/not pushy. Most of all they got my laptop working again, which was great.

    I like being able to get help with what I need easily. I switched from my regular laptop to the Macbook pro and I was so confused! I simply brought it in with me and the guys helped me with every question I had. They even set up the webroot and helped me get all my programs switched over and set up

    I got this plan when I purchased my appliance package but back then I didn't truly understand all that I was getting. This plan covers everything. A few weeks later I had my tv's hung for $49.00. I have often called about my laptops free tech support. My daughter had an in dash service done that was only $49.00 for installation....

    Have had total tech for a couple years now Been very happy with it Helps you save money in the long run Never know with electronics when you might need some help Automatically renews each year so you are never out of service

    The Geek Squad has been very helpful for my household. We have had some problems with our computer setups and programs over the past two years; the Squad has resolved them without any hassles and within a few days, including house calls. Excellent service. Worth the price.

    Tech support set my laptop up in a short time. I did have to leave it with them, but got it back faster than promised. With the times we are living in, you now have to make an appointment before dropping off you technology. I didn’t know that, dropped it off anyway and 3 days later I was able to pick it up.

    I had no idea what I was missing! I'm so glad I purchased Total Tech Support! We have used it for every device in our house. I even brought in my very old laptops and they were able to honestly tell me if they were fixable. Some of them they backed up and recycled, other ones were given new life!

    Purchased Total tech support was best decision I made! I had a computer that stopped working & geek squad was able to transfer data to new computer. I then purchased a surround sound theater & new sony 65" with outdoor speakers. They did a great job installing & teaching me how to use Harmony remote! Well worth the cost!

    Would like to give a shout out it to the Geek Squad Consultants at my Riverside Best Buy! Criss, Nicholas. Both helped me fix an AOL problem on my iPhone7plus. Today I really want to give a Big Shout Out to Miss Ninna and Reanna! These Geek Squad Queens helped me fix email problems on our iPads and laptops! Too! Not enough adjectives to express how good these Geek Squad Tech are!

    My in store and online support has been excellent and with very knowledgeable and personable staff. Online support was significantly better in resolving issues than my large corporate IT agents. PS They also spoke perfect english which is a plus with my hearing challenges.

    I was experiencing an issue with my computer, the computer screen stayed black, when i turned i power it on. I contacted the Total Tech Support by texting them. They suprised by responding back quickly. They requested for me to take my computer Best Buy Greek squad for further assistance.

    The guys I talked to were very helpful. My computer was fried. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to preserve my 3rd party software. It turned out that I did have a warranty through HP to restore back to original out of the box new. My suggestion is to make sure you register with HP so you can know for sure if your devices are under warranty.

    Purchasing tech support is a must for me, especially when I purchase new Apple products. They are so helpful telling me about new features on the iPhone or iPad I buy. I purchase my items at Best Buy not just for the price but the helpfulness of tech support and geek squad. Most sales help are good too

    I want my Laptop!

    I would like to get my laptop back! Geek Squad called and said it was ready to pick up after doing a maintenance check/backup on it. I went in to pick up an hour later and was told I would have to wait in line (5 people ahead of me) unless I had an appt I was not told I needed an appt to pick up my computer. I conceded to scheduling an appt only to find out that there were no appt available until Thursday and today was TuesdayOR I could wait in line and be worked in “like a Dr’s office !” My laptop was NOT SICK and I did not want to wait two days to pick it up especially since I was called an hour earlier that it was ready. Clerk (who later claimed to be manager) said I could wait in line with the other walk ins or make an appt!! This is nuts! I suggest Best Buy “beefs” up staffing and simplify they pickup procedure……..!!!

    I had the privilege of using them for my husband's iPad, within days of dropping it off at the store, as a matter of fact within that same week my husband was happily using his iPad again! It's great for using on all your devices in your household, how cool is that for Total Tech Support! THANK YOU SO MUCH for fast customer care!!!

    Never want to have surprises and never want to go to the first place in an emergency! This membership, give me the confident of getting devises the not even I don't know how operate 100% but with this support, no matter what happens, I will get the help my devices need, whether is at home or at the store! No much for the services included!

    I don't know what I would have done without this service when I needed to port all my programs and data from my old computer to the new one. Then they came to the house and installed the new machine and made sure everything worked. Used the call in support a few times - love it when they take control and "drive" because it's done right the first time.

    My operating system crashed and buying the total tech support membership was slightly more expensive than the cost to troubleshoot my laptop without the membership, and since I am rather computer illiterate, I figured I could periodically use the "ask questions" of the Geek Squad ----especially for a tablet that I have.

    The total tech support package provided real savings on the installation of my home theatre equipment, including a onsite consultation to support installation. Additional savings on computer support and included installation of screen protectors on smart phone and tablets.

    I highly recommend having this. Everything purchased from Best Buy comes with up to 24 months of product protection as long as you have an active Totaltech membership. AppleCare+ is free for up to 24 months with active TotalTech Membership.
