Was on hold for 1-1/2 hr. at which time I unfortunately got a gal i could not understand. She told me to do something which I did not understand,and then hung up. I then called back, go hold of someone within 1/2 hr, who was able to take care of me and fix my problem in a reasonable amount of time. I was very grateful.
