I purchased Total Tech Support when I bought my new MacBook Air. Geek Squad helped me transfer everything from one Mac to another. I also received free haul-away for the dryer I replaced when I bought a new dryer from Best Buy. I only wish that Geek Squad would provide more help for Apple product troubleshooting instead of referring me to an Apple Store.

I am so glad to have the help as I did not grow up with computers and therefore challenged. The Geek squad has been so helpful and considerate. The in store help was much appreciated and he suggested the in home consultation FOR FREE! Mike was so kind and helpful. I feel so much better knowing I can get help and not impose on family and friends.

I recommend tech support on the in home service alone. The tech reps that come out to install your equipment are knowledgeable, thorough and go above and beyond. I used the phone support and they are just as helpful. I would not be without TOTAL tech support again. I am not a techie and leaving it to the experts is worth it.

I got hacked and took my computers to Best buy. I had their normal support but switched to total tech because of not wanting to pay for back up service that costs $99.00. After 6 days and switching computers for them to go through I was back online. If I had gone someplace else I would have paid 2-3 times the price. The staff were great and explained things well.

As many electronics as we buy from Best buy we have to have tech support. We use it for our computers, our phones, our home theater room and all electronics in our home. Great service with knowledgeable geek squad employees. They've saved us many times in regards to all the aforementioned products.

I used the service both in the store for my laptop and tablet and at home on my desk computer. They were very helpful each time answered all my questions. They did not rush through the process which was greatly appreciated, It let me watch how to do certain functions of my new devices.

Total Tech Support is a product everyone should have especially if you have laptops, PCs or tablets. Althought the support is for any and all electronics, even those not purchased at Best Buy, I love the support I get for my Pc and laptop. This service is highly recommended

Since all of our electronics are from Best Buy, it only seems logical to purchase "Total Tech Support". However, I'm grateful that I've only needed them once during the Covid, because the wait for help is just too long. I resolved the problem on my own and a new problem I'm living with until desperate or the Covid is gone.

This plan has paid for itself over and over again - my third renewal. I have all of my computers and T.V.'s on it. When one of the computers quit working, we took it in, they called us the next day and said come in and pick up your new computer, because yours could not be fixed. No hassle - No money......!!!!

Since we are not very tech savvy, this has been a blessing for us. When we have needed tech support, our techs have been helpful, patient and very knowledgable. We will be using them to set up our sound system in our family room when the quarantine is lifted. I trust the Geek Squad with all my electronic investments.

Very helpful and professional of the work that was put in my 2003 Cadillac Escalade and my daughters car for the price back then it was worth it for a year . And then the covict 19 hit and everything went wrong, Bad,and devastating for American lives . God Bless American

This, by far is the best purchase I’ve ever made from Best Buy, I won’t buy electronics, computers or anything else, that may need repairs, from any place other than Best Buy, because their tech service, can’t be matched. Their employees are very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly.

Best Buy Geek support is the best. I enjoyed the one on one sessions from the Geek squad and know they are just a phone call away. I purchased a one year support program but, Intend to renew when eligible. This type of tech support is important when you are a new computer user.

I used the total tech support on several different occasions sonI feel the I definitely got my monies worth. I believe that I used it on both of my daughter’s laptops that had viruses and also used it for my Son’s laptop that had issues. I would recommend Total Tech Support yo other people.

Everything I buy from Best Buy had been great. The people who work there are very helpful - they always answer my questions and steer me in the right direction. And it doesn't matter that I am not tech savvy. They NEVER treat me like I am stupid

This plan has many services, but I'm going to use mine to help me set up my smart home devices. The special install prices alone will pay for the plan, but I also got a great discount on my mobile protection plan as well. It's nice having people in town be able to physically help you with tech issues.

Auto specialist at Best Buy helped me pick and choose all the various components for my new car sound system because I knew very little about the different options for what I was interested in. The overall price was far more reasonable than quotes I had received from a number of car audio shops in the area, and the installation was quick and convenient.
