Had one instance to call
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was on hold for 1-1/2 hr. at which time I unfortunately got a gal i could not understand. She told me to do something which I did not understand,and then hung up. I then called back, go hold of someone within 1/2 hr, who was able to take care of me and fix my problem in a reasonable amount of time. I was very grateful.

When you pick up make sure service fully completed

On one occasion only part of the requested service was completed and it was not worth waiting another several days for the job to be completed. On the second occasion all requested services were completed well.
