Total tech membership was recommended to me by geek squad to help me save money during my subwoofer installation. The membership has already saved me over $1000 in 6 months. Would highly recommend to anyone that uses any sort of geek squad service.

the new computer i bought from Best Buy, not to happy with the sound its low ? I SPENT OVER 1500,00 DOLLARS FOR IT!!!! NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR HAVING TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS. NOW WE CAN'T EVEN DRIVE IN. UNHAPPY BUT I KNOW WHY ITS LIKE THAT NOW. NWO ON ITS WAY. I PRAY TRUMP STOP THEM FROM TAKEN OVER AMERICA.

Really surprised at what you get. I went in to have a hard drive replaced on a laptop. Bought the plan and the repair of that laptop and any other computers in our household are covered! I only paid for a new hard drive. Computer was repaired within a week (be sure to make an appointment to drop it off).

Had to use recently. It is of great value when you need it. Dropped my computer off, they found a software issue and had it back to me in 2 days. You also get a discount on other items including protection plans. You also receive free installation for screen protectors.

it costs kind of a lot but its great because if y have any problems with ANY devices they will fix it. I built a pc by myself and didn't even get the parts from best buy but I was having a couple issues with it. It wouldn't turn on. GeekSquaf told me what was wrong with it and fixed it for me. THANKS!

We are very pleased with the Geek Squad coverage that we purchased. We have used in store, on line and in home services. The gentlemen who came 3 times to set up our tvs for us were very knowledgable and very friendly and were always happy to answer all of our questions. The deserve a "10".

I'm giving it 4/5 just because of one negative experience i had already with the service i won't get into detials to long to explain, However at the end they were able to address and fix the problem i had plus the $80 service charge each hr - just nuts, but oh well. At least i learn how to fix the errors with my devices and such.

Given the growing complexity and number of products in the home, this is a good value, particularly with the associated discounts when purchased with a new computer and an extended warranty for that computer. I wish I had looked into the Total Protection Plan in more detail before I purchased my most recent kitchen appliance.

A good value. It may seem a little expensive unless you need it. I purchased a laptop for my niece at beginning of pandemic for her to work from home. two months later someone broke the screen and I took it to Geek Squad and repairing was no problem with the purchased protection plan.

The agents aren't just there to help fix your devices, but they're professional, fast, and personable. They're very caring and thorough, from beginning to end..and informative about how the different viruses work. Can't ask for anything else. They feel like family. Thanks so much for your service!

Honestly I have no clue how to use most of the features available on my new laptop, I purchased a surface book and they were great. They set it up, installed anti-virus and showed me how I can contact them all day, everyday, in case I need help. This also come with a lot of discounts which is great for buying new technology.

Very good to have renews automatically on credit card so no reminders can put extra devices on it from phones to laptops to home computers whenever something no questions asked tech fix it can bring in often as I want fix errors on my electronic devices didn’t take long get item back to me

We purchased this to cover a new refrigerator we purchased. It covers for 3 years - parts and labor. We were told that refrigerators only last about 6 years these days. Another reason for purchasing this plan was because the ice maker is the most problematic item with refrigerators and can become expensive to repair.

We bought the tech support package and it has worked out very well. They helped us clean the hard drive on an old laptop before recycling it, repaired an old laptop to get it working again, and set up everything on a new laptop to get it personalized for our usage. We could not have done it without them.

I purchased a new laptop, and after approximately 35 days it quit working properly. It started doing stuff on its own. I could not even turn it off. Then the screen went totally white. I could only wait until the battery died to even see if it would come back up. It did so It went straight to best buy geek squad.

I have had to use the tech support as I had problems with a particular application I was using. This is the first time I have purchased the Tech support and am really glad I did. The techs are VERY knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t think I’d buy a computer without tech support in the future.

Best decision to purchase Total Tech Support. It is better to trust the experts instead of attempting things on your own. When it comes to electronics, they are the experts. Plan to use them as much as possible over the next year. If all works out, will definitely purchase again. Very pleased so far.

I need as much Total Tech support as possible. It’s helping me to catch up on the new car stereos and amps. I haven’t had a car setup in a long time, I need this to get something new in the car. I use it for computers, TV’s, and other Best Buy products.

Thanks to my salesperson, Andrew, I like the upgrade. He explained in depth the savings, benefits to me. He was very patient. It was nice to have Andrew go over everything with me, and due to this, I was convinced that Andrew was looking out for my best interests.

Total Tech Support (TTS) fits my lifestyle. No nickle and dime charge for every little thing you need done. Everything I had the Geek Squad do when I bought my new computer and upgraded my old one was included in TTS. Great value for all the work done. And it it there tomorrow if I need anything else.
