I was 'panicked' when I came in, as I had been computer scammed. Staff was very understanding and helpful to put my mind at ease and clean up my computer. It is very reassuring to be able to bring my computer into someone you can talk to. It seems to be a good price of assurance and support.

Purchased it recently and made use of it already. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable tech team. Solved my issue in no time. I’m giving it 4 stars as the wait time to connect to a tech team member is very long. But once connected, everything is a breeze.

With all that is included in this box I am very pleased with this service. Have only had to use it one time so far, and talk about customer service!! The tech support agent i dealt with was a pleasure to work with and helped solve all of my problems. And was as nice as you xould imagine!!!

I have found that this membership is a “must have” for all of your devices and needs. Its protection against repair costs, device upkeep, and informational advice. Although expensive at $199 per year, it’s cheap protection compared to other policies available, that don’t cover all the devices you have.

I always purchase Total Tech Support. It is an insurance that I always want and will continue purchasing. Working with the Geek Squad has always been a great experience and with me bing 70 years of age, I appreciate how they explain things in a way I understand.

The best technical customer support I’ve ever experienced. From installation of upgraded Wi-Fi to TV and surroundsound all the representatives had more than 10 years of experience & conducted themselves professionally, respectfully, and had great technical knowledge.

The plan has paid for itself with the few services we have needed and saved on other warranty plans by having this service. Now if BB would just relax the msk issue and let us shop freely we might go spend more, for now we will stay away and keep our money. I hope nothing else breaks!

The plan has paid for itself with my first purchase. The associate named Tyler with the Greek Squad was very nice, helpful and informative. He made me feel that I could trust Best Buy to be honest and do what they say there going to do. So far everything is great and going well. I am very happy!

I just had a visit from a tech., and he swiftly solved a printer wi-fi connection problem that I had struggled with for over a month. I'm very grateful to have that behind me, and will be calling much earlier for any future problems I encounter.

My Denon receiver stop working properly. It would not turn off. It had never been used until this year. I bought it last March. I needed to buy a newer tv. I hope I don’t have any issues tomorrow when I take it in for my repair appointment. More to come after my appointment.

I purchase all our electronics from Best Buy and I always get the warantee and protection plan. I never used to be that way I thought it wasnt worth the money but its a life savor and most of the techs are extremely smart and work with you, help, and teach you. 5% no!! I dont like how long the wait is.

We were Assisted in this purchase by Hanif who was very knowledgeable about the program. He took the time to explain how to use each of the features and answer all of our questions. This will be a great help for us with all of our electronic devices.

Purchased a new SSD drive from Best Buy to speed up my computer. The software I purchased to clone the old hard drive created a master boot record issue on the hew hard drive. Purchased this service from Best Buy to resolve and install new SSD drive.

I'm not a techy type person and have had Best Buy tech support for yrs. My schedule doesn't always permit me to deal with issues during normal business hours. Total Tech Support allows me to remote in on my schedule to take care of any issue or just for a tune up.

Very convenient and well worth the money for us. We got the blue screen of death on our only home PC and they fixed it in 3 days and was able to restore our files. We had in the past set up in home entertainment which would have taken us days and probably not been done correctly. They do it in 2 hours.

Absolutely, this is one of the best services offered by Best Buy and well worth the expense. I get my laptop checked yearly now, and the household value is immense. Discounts abound for other services and purchases. Best "insurance" policy you can actually use every year.

This was part of my Tech Support Package. Overall the package covered everything I needed to get my laptop up and running well. It’s good to know that if I have any reoccurring or new problems, I can take my computer back to the Geek Squad an I am covered.

I was on the phone with the tech-support and the guy was so extremely rude he was flipping everything on me as if he was a customer screaming at the employee in those were his words but then I called back and I help spoke with someone else and they were able to assist me perfectly fine

Since I had to have a hard drive installed anyway, this was a no brainer. For about the same price I get to make use of the tech service for a full year, at no additional charge. Which I have already used to reinstall an operating system on an older computer. It covers all my devices too.

I soo appreciate the fact I can make an appointment! When I arrive I see my name on the appointment board and I'm called to the window very close to my appointment time. None of the waiting in what could be a long line--I know approx. when I'm going to get help with my problem and the staff delivers!
