So happy the associate brought this option up. Fixed my gaming pc, installed a new cpu, repaired a software issue on my streaming pc, and completely built my backup pc, all for just the price of memebership. Will definitely be renewing next year!

I'm loving my Total Tech Support! Our household has several laptops and a PC and it's a real comfort to know that whatever needs doing can be done by a quality team at my local Best Buy store! I've utilized their service three times already!

I have used tech support so many times and each time I feel important! These employees go out of their way to give you information you can understand. They are highly Technical and will speak in the understanding of the customer.

Didn’t realize there was total tech support. So worth the upgrade. Plus get savings on other protection and services. No more wasting time and going crazy trying to figure things out. So many ways to get help even without leaving home. Highly recommend

When it comes to the use of my computer I would be a basket case without the help of the Geek Squad. Total Tech support is so worth the price for a non geek like me. They have helped me more times then I can count and they are very patient.

After dealing with too many agents who kept leaving Geek Squad, I found the perfect Double Agent and now, I insist that he be the one who comes to my home and who services whatever I need. And that has been the solution. And that is why I signed up for a second year.

I am very pleased with total tech support. I had a geek squad agent come to my house because online support had no luck hooking up my printer to new computer. Come to find out, the agent Informed me It has Internally stop responding an no longer working.

Good for somethings but not for others. If you have computer related questions, this is a great option. If you're looking for taking the support for products, geek squad will just connect you to the manufacture, which often takes an excessive amount of time and still doesn't fix the issue.

This membership is well worth the money. The online techs are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. In addition to their expertise, the benefits of the membership such as the discount on the maintenance plans is icing on the cake.

You always think why would I need tech support... Do it, make the purchase... from the help they provide in the store with setting everything up so you can simply remove from the box, plug it in and turn it on, to the help you receive on the back end... Worth every penny!

If you have just purchased a new home this is something I would consider. For anything that geek squad comes to install it will only cost you $50! I’ve had 2 TVs mounted and Arlo cameras set up in my home. I would have paid over $500 total if I didn’t have total tech support.

This year, had 2 computers crash, bought 2 they did all all the work setting up and transferring data. Transferred files from 6 old computers to a external harddrive. They helped me with adding multiple monitors, installing software, all covered under subscription.

This was so great to have when I had to install my new aftermarket stereo in two different cars the same year thanks to an accident shortly after having it put in my first car. They also helped with a car alarm. All at no additional cost.

We do most of our major electronic and home appliance purchases at Best Buy - charge purchases to our account for no interest terms - add Total Tech Support for all the necessary delivery, installation, maintenance and follow-up calls for user support

This was not an option to pass on. Even if you just have it for the first year you have new products. Since the purchase of this product, we've had to call late at night and early in the morning and someone always helps us through our issue. Thankful for this option. Planning to keep.

Was not a sure at first about this service, but we moved into a new house and needed TVs installed. It has been the perfect complement. The team has installed 3 TVs with mounts, new appliances, and washer and dryer.

I am so pleased that I purchased the total tech package I am able to contact the geek squad for whatever reason I need help on my computer my laser printer my flood lights etc. etc. I am so pleased for them to be there when I need them thank you so much

I was paying almost 300$ per month for an IT person for backup, etc and I paid less than that for the membership...I got the ORBI units to improve my WiFi and JT came out and set everything up and it works so much better than before and I no longer have that monthly bill
