Terrible Appointment Schedule

Very unhappy they can't schedule an appointment to repair my 1 1/2 yr old TV. I have out of town guests arriving tomorrow afternoon & no TV in the den!

Good If You Need It.

The plan cost $200 but it saved me time & money when I had to have more work done. However, If you don't have many items that need support it is not worth the money.

I purchased a service to get an optimal picture on a TV. The tech missed 5 appointments. There is no one to call. No complaint department nothing
