First use of online help was very disappointing and time consuming. my verdict is still out on this and will see if future experiences over the next ten months is any better;.

Attempting to schedule TV Mounting

Total Tech Member since 1/2020 and am disappointed with the lack of consideration in scheduling wall mounting of my TV.

Difficult communication.

Chat is probably the worst. Mostly a waste of time. I dread when I need Tech Support.

Store doesn’t carry chargers. Wish they would offer some AppleCare. Got my desktop fixed at additional cost, but fixed :D

Spend $300 even though the computer wasn’t even 3 months old. Had to buy a back up drive and buy some plan that was separate from the warranty. Got the computer back. Acted up again 1 month later.

There was no problem with the product but was found no to be the best product for its intended use. Best Buy was wonderful to work with on the return.
