My computer had been waiting for someone to be assigned to fix it since 11/14. Can I know what the hold up is?

I bought the tech support because it included web root thats all. Not sure that tech support is useful or not

Hard to write a review when you never needed to use it. I'm sure they are ok if you use them.

Do not get as comprehensive service as I thought was represented to me. Adequate service but not excellent.

I would have preferred to save more on the cost of total tech only and not have the internet security included.

computer component of it is not great at all but if you are getting installations done, it is worth the money.

Have no idea what this is about, but want to get the response off my computer so here it goes.

I purchased this on October 4th, the day before BB changed this support. When this was purchased it was 1000% well worth it, they did everything for you. And the Clearly stated what was covered and what wasn't. October 5th 2021 they rolled out a new Plan which is a total waste of money. The Attorneys go out of the way to put in the contract what the exclusions are on this contract, however, they DO NOT have terms / definitions of what a (Custom Install) or a (Standard Install) is, it really depends on the store you go to. And based on my experience, I went to 3 stores, 1 told me "we don't do that here, and we aren't comfortable doing an install" / 2nd store just sent me a nasty email telling me that I need to pay $600 dollars if I wanted the items I wanted to have installed. That was not on my contract, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it. Nashua NH was the ONLY STORE that helped me out.

This says I purchased a box, I was never given a box so I’m unsure if this is an actual item

Its okay the only thing technician didnt try to save my files, everything was lost bec of reset

I have peace of mind with this support membership, even though I have not need it's use to date

How many of these does a person have to keep buying? I didn’t even want one but was told to get anyway.

Sure helpful but not exactly just dragging everything out and not fixing things properly, every one tells a different story. Dell fixed the device oh no our service center fixed the device which was damaged en-route now im buying the part from Alibaba for a fix which wasn't damaged by me and have a nonsense membership that wont pay for it.

I never needed. I never had to use it. I was talked into it pretty hard though, of course.

Did not fix the problem in my desktop. I don't think they understood the problem I was having.

I purchase membership services on geek in 2019 July, but never got serviced even after visited for 3 times back to back in June 2020 right before my membership expired. then they charged me auto renewal for the year 2020. I still gave them a chance to fix my computer in August 2020 but after much days told me it's useless to fix them computer so I left my computer then n there and purchased a whole new brand of apple mac. and they still have audacity to charge me for the geek squad membership for the 2020 even after cancelling the entire geek squad membership. I wonder if any concern person in the company even knows what's going on under his nose. I want my full refund and i am still struggling with the claim. plz check on my account , I recently found a black charger was added on September 7th which I never received and wonder if that's the order for my old computer which is not fixable they said and I left it there. it is btw $47.89 I would like to get refund on that too.

a bit pricey at $199.00 per year. in store appointments only 20 minutes. staff is stressed

Total tech support saved me a lot of money on install work. Was worth the overall cost.

....good to have it, if ever you need it for emergency and cannot fix your device or technology.
