When i came into store for my TTS appointment, the tech person was very patient and helpful. Gave me materials about the service, including a report on what he did for me that day. He placed all my paperwork in a folder for future reference and safekeeping. I appreciate the material and the service.

Total Tech support has been amazing. It's just like my IT support in the office. But I can understand them. The assistance was awesome. Everything was loaded and there was a support number to call for help as well as in home support. Very impressive.

The service that's being provided by Best Buy is one of the best products out there where someone can come out to your house or you can go into the store and speak to someone about issues with your tech one of the best things out there thank you so much.

Really like this program. Just the antivirus debugging of my multiple computers was worth it. Many benefits that I didn't use but still well worth it. Unfortunately, quality of service differs depending on which location.

Excellent investment as I needed Gerk help for my computer 3 times & for my husband's computer once. Helpful, considerate and kind agents. The only difficulty is in using the WEB site & in phoning which is frustrating & time consuming.

I purchased it after getting a new home because I needed a lot if things installed. If you are getting more than one thing installed then it’s worth it because once you buy it most everything else is a $50 install. You also get discounts on other items and services.

Anytime there is any kind of issue or problem, You can simply go on the Best Buy app, schedule an appointment (state the time & issue) and take it in! The Geek Squad takes care of it, (sometimes they have to keep it for a day) and it's covered with your protection warranty!

This protection plan is awesome I have taken my computer in a couple of times and the team has attended to my needs. Even better I can chat with them and they connect with me and help me with some clean ups it is awesome I love this product.

love the knowledge that tech support gives. Any problem you can call. have home support or take it in and they are quick and you know it when you get it back it is in topnotch shape. I have the coverage for all the tech item I have in my home and the alone is worth the cost

Worth the $200!!!! We've used this to upgrade our PCs, remote login to troubleshoot some connectivity issues, factory reset older PCs, as well as hardware and software upgrades. All for the one low price of the annual plan!

I bought a new Dell laptop. I would have never been able to get it up and running without the Geek Squad! Caitlin, my Geek Squad trainer, was incredible! Her patience, knowledge, and understanding are greatly appreciated. Thanks to her, I LOVE my new laptop.

My computer was not working or coming on at all. Tech support/geek squad performed a backup of all information on the computer. Then they ran diagnostic tests and put the computer back into the shop. Was able to fix the cpu and keep the item salvageable to use.

We feel fortunate to have purchased a total tech support membership. We were able to use it when we bought our new computer to have our old data transferred as well as to schedule an in home installation service at a discount price.
