    Don't purchase, this is a scam, they can't fix anything, very rude people, this will be your worst nightmare. very upset with bestbuy and the total tech support, u will see how awful and rude they are, saidly to say i bought my whole line of kitchen applicance from them. I could have supported someone else.

    I came in because I was having a minor software issue, I had the full protection warranty on my laptop and they charged me $200 for a simple fix I could've done myself. On top of that the entire process was awful, they took longer than they expected to and they took 5 calls to get information from me I offered them on drop off and they declined saying they didn't need it.

    Not worth the paper it's written on. When I brought a laptop in for repair, the clerk admitted that if you know how to install software yourself and don't need home theatre and that type of stuff, the unit by unit protection plans are what you need. Now Best Buy went and cancelled my renewals of my individual products, so I feel I have NO PROTECTION AT ALL!!! Very angry.

    I would have like it to not have change to where I can no longer get my subwoofers installed in another car I bought the plan and had them install subwoofers in my vehicle but it is changed now to where I can’t get them installed into another vehicle with out paying because this job longer covers it

    Bent the pins on my phone trying to get it to turn on. Said my laptop couldn't be used because water got inside. (The keyboard was replaced so programs could have been reloaded) I wanted to see if any photos could have been found on the drive. The only way was sending it out which would have cost $500-600 dollars. Why am I paying for geek squad crap? Never again worthless.

    Can't get through to tech support for support!

    I've been trying to cancel this now for about a month and can't get through to their customer service either by phone or by chat. Phone puts me on hold and then hangs up with no answer. Chat once hung up without an answer, then gave me a 132 minute wait time and now just says they are busy and to try later.

    I called Best Buy to fix my computer and I purchased Total Tech Support. I picked up my computer and it still had issues. I called the customer service for Geek Squad to set up another appointment and they told me that it’s not worth fixing my computer because they are not made anymore. What a waste of $200.

    I had my computer fixed on this and logged in the other day and a Best Buy employee was using my network so sad can’t trust anyone anymore!!! You pay all this money and trust this company yes I forgot to change my password but I should be able to trust the ppl (geek squad) with my devices shameful!!! I deserve a refund

    Didn't use it as much as I would've liked. I couldn't call with simple routine questions. Appointments were required for anything and were never available the same day...when I actually had the problem. A lot was promised when sold to me but Best Buy's plan does not deliver. It's a 'money grab' Won't recommend it to others not will I buy it again.

    They kept my computer for over two weeks told me nothing was wrong with it said it passed stress tests but there was a faulty graphics card and yall kept it so long now I cant return it. All you guys are good for is reinstalling windows and wiping anything past that you have no idea what you are doing. It's obvious that the graphics card was busted.

    I cancelled this the week of my purchase but it is still showing up on my bill. I want it removed. I canceled this before 30 days and got tossed around via phone to 5 different people for them to all say the same thing. I want it cancelled or I will be contact the better business bureau, etc.

    I got this cause the staff member told me it wouldnt charge onto my account as my wife applied for a credit card. Surprise surprise i was hit with the charge that same day and the staff said they couldn't do anything. In addition the computer I sent in for repairs was covered still by the warranty but the staff member told me it was not.

    Everything was going fine, the robot spoke clearly and put me through to a live person. "Agent 1" he said his name was. But his phone line was terrible, every time he spoke the phone was so scratchy I couldn't understand him, when I told him he said there was nothing he could do about it and hung up.
