    I was a miss lead on purchase 4/15/21. I took my laptop to get fixed. they told me it can be done. I ask if I would lose my data and programs, I was told I would not lose my programs but I would lose some data. well I pick up my laptop took it home nothing worked on my laptop not even internet internet

    Bought the plan to save me money on memory upgrades. I needed to go form the 16 GB of RAM to 64 GB. The tech folks installed two 8 GB chips-bringing the PC up to 32 GB of memory-still 32 GB short. I had to pull out all of the 8 GB sticks and buy two 32 GB sticks and install myself-which was easy-but I already paid for this service.

    I don't understand how to use it yet. What exactly does it cover? My computer is too heavy & complicated for me to take to Geek Squad & need them to come to my home to back up everything on my desktop. 10 years of memory needs to be backed up & saved before computer is fried.

    have not used it yet. I dislike auto renew features. Too many hands in my cc make me nervous.

    I only use the support once to help me set up my computer antiviruses they used port forwarding interface I've always had that remote hacking box pop up every time I sign in sometimes twice every time I turn on the computer and that was it you love me in once then it was forever there

    If you purchase this or if you have your account under business do not pay for opt out because it is worthless and a waste of money if you do get. NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED WITH BUSINESS ACCOUNTS. VERY RUDE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE ESPECIALLY IN MORENO VALLEY CA. STORE

    Geek team unable to help me after large payment.

    Geek Team was unable to correct computer crashing and unable to find lost documents file. Supervisor contacted me and offered to help me himself, but never responded to my subsequent emails. I eventually deleted Chrome which stopped the crashing and found the lost document file by myself.

    I would recommend that you check availability for the services you are interested in before purchasing the plan. I purchased the plan for TV mounting services, only to be told on 3 separate occasions that no appointments were available for the foreseeable future. A complete waste of time and money

    Your tech staff lack knowledge skill and ability- you do not pay much so what do you expect. Apple staff know about computers. You just hire the least and you give the least in service. I really do not want to buy hardly anything from you because your quality of service has gone downhill so much.

    I have never received an initial meeting for my new, now 6 month old laptop. i scheduled it 3 times . showed up at the store for my appointment that I made on line to be told I didn't have a meeting so I have never done an initial configuration of the device

    As useful as nipples on a man. In other words, useless. Good luck if you ever need to get help rescheduling a delivery and install because your home store is under refurbishment. Plan to be on hold for a couple hours.

    If I could give no stars i would there was no support Covid was on so they would not come out and help me and the on phone thing did not work I got zero help for $199.99 I don’t want points I Need help that’s why I purchased the plan. Total waste!!!
