    If I would of gotten a notice about an up coming renewal it would of been cancelled!!! Trying to get this straightened out and talk to someone is near impossible. you can't take care of this online. I'll keep trying to get this taken care of. Sales person said this can be cancelled at anytime.

    Plan and services are crap! And you can’t be early for a scheduled drop off appointment either! Told me to leave bc I was early that others were in front of me, I had a scheduled drop off ! And the little kid working got very loud with me , another employee had to come step him away.

    Best Buy, I spent $200+ on the Total Tech Support membership. My hardware fixes are complete and yet I can't pick up my items until 36 hours from now. Please help me understand how this can be remedied as I need my equipment in order to work. Thanks, Thomas

    The Geek Squad membership is a waste to purchase for starters it takes weeks to get appointments and they never answer the phone. When you do get an appointment they rush you out with out answering your computer questions. Just really poor customer service and not worth the purchase or cost

    You can only talk with out-sourced tele-help. They read from a script. The answer to almost every question is ... "We need to set up a service appointment." They refused to get a supervisor. They say that tech support in the US is unavailable. You CAN get a refund (pro-rated) !

    Forgot password; made a appointment with geek squad, person who worked on device said I would need to purchase a new device to install new password. Did not sound right. Took device home and looked up how to install password when forgot. Not worth money spent.

    Do not get it! Idc what the people say, not worth it at all! They don’t provide support, and they lie when they say they are going to call back. Complete waste of money. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND, COLLEAGUE, ANYONE!

    The customer service is not credible. They have you buying things that you do not need. I actually had two plans but only needed one. The customer service representative do not have the knowledge. I was placed on hold for a long time, the phone lines do not work.

    Awful, a waste of money. They can only fix the most minor of problems. If your laptop has a real problem they want to send it away somewhere and they will charge you. Serious repairs are not included and the techs at the store were not courteous at all.

    very expensive to use. walked out after checking in, told i was next but everyone who walked up went before me. when asking at the counter why i was skipped the tennie bopper working the counter said "oh my bad the screen rolled up" never again.

    had tech install a water line for my fridge i purchased .the sent a 3rd party worked great for 1 month and when i was away on vacation water line burst ! and water all over floor causing Damage !i had to disconect line to prevent FURTHER DAMAGE!

    I would of given it a star if I had received any service to evaluate. I purchased the yearly plan after buying a laptop and when I ran into trouble I tried to use the Geek Squad 24hr hotline and was promptly put on hold with an estimated 1 hour wait time.

    I went into the store for Total Tech Support service on my computer, which I had already paid for, and was denied service without wearing a mask, despite offering a medical exemption form preventing me from wearing one.

    So far I’m waiting w horrible music on phone for geek squad. I just want the 800 number which is not on website.it’s the Philippines btw! Not USA! I can’t ever talk to anyone.it’s faster for me to drive up to the store! Terrible service!

    Tech support in Braintree are totally out of orders and out of control staffs other co-employee passes by while watching one doing wrong instead telling them it’s wrong it’s like they enjoy it as well. No good feed back about them

    Unable to get to tech support by phone and two week schedule time for install time not acceptable. Wait time just too long to speak with agent when calling in..,30 minutes. Not happy with in home tech support so far.

    Need help on my laptop keyboard and touch pad locking up. I am an elite tech member. Called and was told 19 minutes to speak to someone. After an hour and 19 minutes on hold, still no response. What am I paying for?

    i have no idea what is this. I paid $282 for three different protection plan. the whole yaer was covid and when i tried need help to repair they make excuses and now they said they can not repair. worst service of geek squad and best buy.

    Got computer back in same condition I took it in. They did not update windows like they said they would. Also at pickup did not spend anytime with me going over what was done or help me with reinstalling anything.
