    Had to make an appointment to pick up my repaired item. Then it was like I had no appointment at all since the clerk was helping about four of us at once. I was very rushed and really given no help at all.

    They didn’t do anything we payed 200 dollars for them to do nothing don’t trust geek squad try something else search up all the bad things geek squad did there un reliable it’s sad that there a “professional company”

    I was told they wouldn't even look at my iMac without buying this membership. They had it for a long time and didn't call me when they said they would. Ended up having to buy a new iMac and got a refund on this membership.

    I canceled this online before the due date of payment and I still got charged for The geek squad. Not a happy customer.I will be going to the store to cancel in person so you cannot charge my credit card again.

    No one at Best Buy ever explained how this works nor how to access it! They offered it, we paid $150....no explanation of terms or eligibility. Im actually on this app right now trying to figure it out!

    Hi. I bought the whole package, have been frustrated and unable to get the bit lock encryption key they requested on a phone message. I paid over $200 for support and cannot talk with them. So disappointed. M.E.Wheeler

    I've had to take my computer in for the second time because they said they would put on a new operation system because we had a virus they said it was fixed n it was not n they tried a short cut on my time

    I purchased as I feel I didn't have a choice. Paid then found out there was nothing they could do to fix the Surface Pro, so had to purchase a new one anyway, and didn't use the tech support after that.

    They don't tell you in person, but on your receipt it says it will renew annually. The good news is it says that they will email you prior and with any price increases, so you should be able to opt out then.

    this is service is law Z no respond we called 15 time for the service I do not hook him on Geek Squad for the computer please if somebody called me I'd be very happy to tell my fill back in the phone

    Several times when a Tech support did things remotely, they goofed up the computer and it had to be reset to an earlier time.so disappointed Another time I was put on hold and they didn't get back to me for two hours.

    Waste of money, they were unable to fix anything i brought in, although they did try. Also automatically renews every year, which will cost you more than repairs eventually.

    I was told I was purchasing a two year plan, instead it is only one year and can only be used if I bring the computer in from my home location. I can not have it repaired if I am on the road. I have been screwed!

    was not able to reach anyone willing to walk me through troubleshooting to try figuring out why a top of the line tv from their partner had no sound; yet, you're listed as 24/7.

    I would not recommend the Yearly Support as they don't help you with your problems, they only exacerbate the issue and slow down the computer, you're best bet is to find someone local

    Will someone please explain what the plus is? I set an appointment up and it was confirmed with repair shop that would come to my home and said we don't fix Asko Washing Machines?

    I gave them my computer to clean out/replace the fan. Plugged computer in when I got home and it immediately overheated. I don't think they touched the fan. Canceling my Geek Squad membership.

    I called to get help and both guys would not transfer me to someone who could help me. Probably just giving me the runaround to avoid refund of services NOT PROVIDED - TWICE scheduled at my house
