Do not remember getting a “box” what are you talking about? I don’t remeber getting a box and the sales associate did not spend 5 minutes exposing how to use Tech support

During the pandemic Bestbuy no longer honors their contracts with customers who purchased total tech support. For people like me who spend $200 we’ll get nothing in return.

Total tech support sucks took my computer got it back yesterday with a virus still in it they just installed windows didn’t even clean the drive

No help, sorry but rather useless. Had got it because a scam on my grandma’s computer but I could or used a free service or done it myself.

They promised to transfer old files etc to the new as part of purchases and never happened. They also force you to renew this contract every year unless you remember to cancel!

Online consultations are lengthy, and the 3 that I did for one problem all accomplished NOTHING. *!*!* Would never recommend. *!*!*

Waste of money. The repair only lasted a few months and they wouldn’t fix a broken screen. Also automatically resubscribed me when I wanted to cancel.

Not happy at all never got the right help didn’t keep appointments i lost a lot of my own time because no was able to help me properly

Tech support was why I bought from Best Buy. Haven’t really been able to get help so may be returning merchandise. Hope I can get my geek squad refunded also

Bought based on what was included at time of purchase, now several "benefits" have changed. Not recommended at all.

Got me unhooked up at first. No help since then.paid for a new year and Geek squad has not fixed problem with printer and laptop.

Horrible program do not purchase this protection program plan. It is not worth the effort or money.

Everytime I called for help they tried to throw an additional charge. Even after making appointments it was overbooked twice. Better off going to an outside source
