THIS TYPE OF SERVICE REALLY COULD BE HELPFUL TO ANYONE–TECHNICAL OR NOT! I KNOW THAT MY LIFE CAN GET VERY BUSY AND SOMETIMES JUST FINDING THE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER NEW ELECTRONICS PURCHASES CAN BE DIFFICULT!

Great service. I can always talk with a tech over the phone and they always help me. They are always so patient and never rush me when I am trying to learn something. I have my computer cleaned at least every 3 months.

It’s great when you want service and it is there for you efficiently, with knowledgeable staff, and with professionalism. Got the answers I needed without any problems especially in a way I understood. Nit being tech savvy- I needed that.

I got this because I need an antivirus for may new laptop at the time of set up. I wasn't sure how much I'd use it' but now I'm glad I bought it. I have since needed several things set up such as the new modem, printer, and phone.

The staff are professional and very helpful. They fixed 3 of my computers which are doing great. I told my brother about the Geek Total Tech Support membership and how helpful it is and he said that he has been a member for years. Wish I knew.

I get free installation from Geek agents. This great deal for people who like to install cd/dvd or speakers on their cars or remote starter, backup camera. You pay for parts and geek agents will install them for free which normally costs $100 per installation.

This protection plan is worth every penny. The technicians are available by phone 24/7 and if they can't answer the question over the phone, then they can remote access the device and solve the problem in a short period of time.

There is no doubt that having a Total Tech Support membership is very well worth it overall. It provides us with a sense of security, and we highly recommend it!

Great service for all your electronics. Have used it several times to tune up my lab tops as well as fix some hard ware issues. Definitely worth having as electronics will stop working correctly and need fixing.

The best thing BestBuy does is Total Tech Support service. I have used it a few times and as always the techs are more than helpful with asking the correct question, in order for me to explain what I need. Always more than helpful.

It is so nice to have total tech support from delivery, set ups explanation of the product and Geek Support. Everything is just Great problems sloved with not problem for you. Just one call and your service is scheduled.

I have had some car installs for free as part of the plan, and a discounted microwave install and old haul away as part of the plan. Iwould get on it, they will handle a data transfer for me too. It more than paid for itself for our family.

I love this service I have no problems with calling for service and tech service. can't beat this with a stick. always ready for the job and will help answer all your question about any technical issues you may have. Very good service to have.

This has been both helpful and valuable to have. When laptops and tablets have had performance issues, Geek Squad has remedied and with free service to install purchased upgrade RAM and/or hard drives, I now have much better equipment.

This membership takes away all my trobles and worries of my devices that I bought. Gives me the confidence and freedom to have service at my disposal in case anything happen amd i wouldnt have to spend an insane amount of money. Its a great plan.

So i wrote a 3 star on the wrong date so i give this one a 5 star tech with tv is great tech with my laptop not so much laptop tech was just cheaper way of getting it fixed and never used it again when i did needed it didnt fit the plan

This a great service whether one is a novice or a geek to electronic gear or appliance. At one time I had a hard drive fail and the Geek Squad recovered by files. The on line call for support on any electronic device or products is great.

Being female, my Geek Squad has super friendly, knowledgeable personnel who know how to explain things that I can understand. Service provided is always done in a short period of time. I always recommend to friends the West Covina store.

I would not trust anyone else with my computer. Best Buy did a great job with geek team. I did have a problem with some spammers representing Geek group that caused a lot of work trying to get it taken care of and getting turned back around

The tech support staff are not very personable and engaging. I actually felt uncomfortable and felt they did the bare minimum. Difficult especially because I don't know much about technology. I went home realizing that I lost a lot of programs and passwords and did not know how to go about getting them back. Got help from friends. The first time I went to store to buy the computer, I was told there were no more in store, sorry. There was no suggestions about getting one or the best way to go fro there. Nothing said about when they would expect more. I went home and ordered one on line.
