    somehow I was charged for this without my knowledge and cancelled when I received "renewal" information via email. RIP OFF

    Geek Squad acted they were doing me a favor and didn't want to take time to explain the lap top to me. They to hurry and get me out the door.

    Had problems with my MacBook. Two sessions with Tech Support never resolved the issue. Went to independent computer store for solution.

    Absolutely terrible. Been working at downloading the anti-virus for HOURS - without any luck. The online tech-support was no help either.

    Can't get an up date on my repairs, computer, they don't keep you up dated at all, ir you can't reach sny one to ask.

    I have not heard ONCE from GS agent Zachary. This is the end of the second day of working on upgrading new PC with contents of 2 older PCs.
