    Worth it if you are not texh savvy and need assistance for most part. Not worth it if the item doesnt need serving in 1 year time. Please read the service coverage details to make sure it fulfills your requirements

    not sure where to start with this review - I bought 3 TV's from Best Buy a year ago when I moved into a new house - I signed up for total tech thinking it would be a good value to get them installed. Exactly a year later (one day before they tried to auto-renew to be exact), I finally got the Frame TV correctly installed. After receiving different recommendations from different people within Best Buy, being bounced from total tech / geek squad to the custom install team, it has been a nightmare. When I bought the TV, nobody bothered to mention that the cable is only 15' long and Best Buy doesn't sell longer ones (must go through Samsung which had a 3-month backorder). Just to reference my latest debacle, I called to schedule appointment only to have them not schedule it. When I rescheduled, they only scheduled it for :15 and then called morning of to tell me it wasn't enough time. When they did come, they came completely unprepared - no ladder, nothing to install the cable - they had to borrow tools, run to the hardware store, and then completely botched the install (at one point asking me for scotch tape to tape a cable to the wall) - they didn't bother to clean up and left finger prints / marks on my TV and walls. I have to say, everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous, professional, and pleasant to talk to, but nobody had the authority or ability to help the situation.
