Helped me out twice when I was locked out of my computer. Also helped me with several cell phone issues. Have used this service at 3 different Best Buy stores and they were all very professional and helpful.

I absolutely love the Best Buy Geek Squad Total Tech Support. It is well worth the money, and you get a great service for the money spent. My only complaint is they always try to install Webroot, which I absolutely hate!!!!!

I feel like a broken record when praising this purchase. All of my car radio, speaker, amp, subwoofer installation were included. What a bargain. As for the work performed, could have been better.

It’s crazy to only have to pay $200 dollars for a service that includes $50 dollars of antivirus. Total Tech saved me at least $3000 dollars on the systems I put in my vehicle and my girlfriend’s vehicles this past year and it was a no brainer to renew it

Same as before. Would be less frustrating to get to a real person who can help you a lot faster. In my experience, someone takes the info and tries something then says a tech will be with you and you have to wait "in line" for them.

This should be a no brainer. Many services, including anti-virus, are free. What isn't is at least 20% off or severely discounted. Easy to recoup the cost of the subscription quickly and it gives you the status of a special customer when they look you up.

Great deal!! I was even able to get a free mouse with my purchase. Looking over the coverage this membership has I realized what a good price it was. When I bought this it was also on sale. The Geek Squad has helped me out a lot.

Have had coverage from this team for a year now and they have performed better than expectation at the Belair, Md. store. Going to automatic renewal for my phone, tablet and laptop.

I really got my money's worth from Total Tech. It was good on discounts for warranties including Apple Care. It gave you free delivery and set-up on appliances as well. Minimum charges to hang tvs' on wall.

THE GEEK SQUAD IS EXCELLENT, BUT THE WAIT TIME TO HAVE YOUR COMPUTER SERVICED IS TOO LONG. I HOPE THE STORES SURVIVES THE COVID AND REMAINS OPEN FOR A LONG TIME TO COME. I PURCHASED A COMPLETE KITCHEN AND MANY SMALLER APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY.

I bought this plan to clean my computer...which it will service 10 devices, but imagine my surprise when it also covered installation, disposal, and a discount on extended warranties for my new appliances. More than paid for itself.

On the first time that I used this I saved over $100. Servings are free for my two laptops and when I buy other products at Best Buy and insure them, I get the insurance at a discount. Yes I love this service

Great value. Great service. However, long return around times. Frustrating for Elite members who use the service regularly. There should be a priority line/service turn around time for Elite Members.
