I got the Total Tech Support Plus Box and never regretted it. Now I don't have to be affraid of websites that are not familiar to me. I have a team of experts available to me 24/7 for added flexibility.

Unless one is well-versed in the language of computers, why struggle with technical issues when one can have a member trained to help. My only complaint is the difficulty in getting an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.

Have had coverage from this team for a year now and they have performed better than expectation at the Belair, Md. store. Going to automatic renewal for my phone, tablet and laptop.

The Total Tech Support, aka Geek Squad, is fantastic, jus try to find a better deal anywhere and can fix it in a reasonable time. The cost is worth more that what you would pay for someone that might not be able to fix it.

The Geek Squad is fabulous. The remote support really handled all my queries plus added info I had not thought of. My email works like it is supposed to for the first time. I cannot recommend this Total Tech Support highly enough!

Tech support is a Great Buy, good for whole year. Home support by phone. Also, if you are doing a project in your home eg. sound system, hang tv on wall, etc you get discount pricing and service calls are discounted too.

Was offered this plan to reduce cost for repairs. Will come in handy when needing help with electrical equipment. A little difficult to understand sales person on tech team due to him having a foreign accent

Bought this plan to have Best Buy swap out a dead motherboard, but had to cancel when they couldn't find all the screws they needed. Got a full refund, which was good, as I had to replace my hard drive after I did the install myself.

The one thing I didn't know once I purchased Total Tech Support was that you get extra discounts on certain items. Even on a warranty you get a huge percentage off. I reccomend that you don't think twice when purchasing the Total Tech Support.

My experience with the Best Buy associates was incredible they answered every question about the product and my MacBook Air is fast and because I use the Time Machine backup it was very easy to transfer all my data and was flawless thanks to the Geeksquad information

Great value. Great service. However, long return around times. Frustrating for Elite members who use the service regularly. There should be a priority line/service turn around time for Elite Members.

Have had to use it a few times for questions about products that I have purchased from Best Buy. Each time the service is great and the Geeks are very knowledgeable. I am satisfied with the peace of mind this offers.

I was pleasantly surprised when i bought a new microwave. My tech support membership gave me free felivery and free take awzy of my old microwave. I saved $100 which paid for half of my support plan.

I had never really paid attention to the advantages that total tech support membership could offer and how it actually worked. The sales rep. actually explained it to me, something no other had previously done.

Love having tech support. Makes any issues you have going on seem less stressful knowing that you save money and can get it fixed quicker. Also saves money when purchasing any future protection plan through best buy.

Love this plan. I can call anytime and not being techy savvy they will either talk me through, take control or worse case scenario I will bring my laptop in if its a computer issue. Received my monies worth in spades.

Good price and you get to talk to real people. He even saved me for a scam I fell for on a old laptop and it actually runs better than when I reinstalled Windows 10. It's nice having somebody look our for you.

I had never knew there were xo many ways to get support right from your home. Myself am not very savey with computers and problems happen I don't want to be stuck anymore. These programs are always here when you need them.

Just in time to finish my taxes, the Best Buy Geek Squad figured out why my computer would not boot up. I was grateful and relieved. I lost no data, no files, no programs ... and I was able to complete and submit my tax return on time. Thanks, BBGS!
