The people at the location nearest me are truly professional employees. This plan helped with better customer service and quicker response times. If you look up membership status based on purchasing history that also helps you.

Unless one is well-versed in the language of computers, why struggle with technical issues when one can have a member trained to help. My only complaint is the difficulty in getting an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.

The Total Tech Support, aka Geek Squad, is fantastic, jus try to find a better deal anywhere and can fix it in a reasonable time. The cost is worth more that what you would pay for someone that might not be able to fix it.

Tech support is a Great Buy, good for whole year. Home support by phone. Also, if you are doing a project in your home eg. sound system, hang tv on wall, etc you get discount pricing and service calls are discounted too.

I had never really paid attention to the advantages that total tech support membership could offer and how it actually worked. The sales rep. actually explained it to me, something no other had previously done.

Have had to use it a few times for questions about products that I have purchased from Best Buy. Each time the service is great and the Geeks are very knowledgeable. I am satisfied with the peace of mind this offers.

Bought this plan to have Best Buy swap out a dead motherboard, but had to cancel when they couldn't find all the screws they needed. Got a full refund, which was good, as I had to replace my hard drive after I did the install myself.

My business runs off Total Tech Support. of course I want answers as soon as I call, that is not realistic. Total Tech Support does not take unreasonable amount of time to provide needed assistance.

The Geek Squad is fabulous. The remote support really handled all my queries plus added info I had not thought of. My email works like it is supposed to for the first time. I cannot recommend this Total Tech Support highly enough!

Good price and you get to talk to real people. He even saved me for a scam I fell for on a old laptop and it actually runs better than when I reinstalled Windows 10. It's nice having somebody look our for you.

Love this plan. I can call anytime and not being techy savvy they will either talk me through, take control or worse case scenario I will bring my laptop in if its a computer issue. Received my monies worth in spades.
