So frustrated with the Apple store being completely shut down during the pandemic onset so decided to try my local Best Buy and couldn't be happier with the quality service and support!

It’s hard to schedule and use it, but great once you get someone on the phone to use it. I have 4 stars because it’s hard to talk to someone wait times extremely long over hour to get through.

Support is excellent from Geek Squad. They make appointments and keep them timely. You can also just drop in and depending on the schedule, may be able to help on the spot.
