Total Tech Support was a worthy successor to Geek Squad. Nice to expand from having 3 devices support to having all of my devices supported.

Have only used the Tech Support once when the Geek Squad agent came out to check my router set up. Hopefully the support will be very beneficial over the rest of the year.
