I purchased a NEW HP computer & also purchased the TOTAL TECH SUPPORT package. This was a VERY good investment. It saved my money on the set-up when I recently purchased my new TV.

Saves you a lot of money when time comes for repair. If this was an insurance company for car or housing I would buy it as well

Total Tech Support Plus give you the added security that your equipment has that additional protection. I feel very comfortable especially since I am not tech savvy.
