Glad I bought the plan, as we did have some computer problems. The Geek squad was able to analyze the issues, and resolve them. Paid for the plan in one use.

I bought this and it has been so much for being able to take in my computer's cell phone and if I need to take in my TV they do my upgrades and I have not had to pay out of pocket again yet
