With all the in plan services this plan will pay for itself . Something to look into when you make a new purchase. An extra benefit is the antivirus plan which is included

I had a problem with a chromebook and Alex (at geek squad) was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. Best buy location (West nyack NY).

I like the security of knowing if anything goes wrong it is taken care of with no extra money. We felt like it was well worth the money.

With all the electronics one has in the house with video, audio, computers, wifi, etc the Total Tech support pays for itself with 2 service calls. Totally worth it.

I would never be without Geek Squad... I can call them 24/7 and they will clean up my computer and solve problems remotely. I have had Geek Squad for about 11 years.

So far service is good. The service reps have patience and listen to each problem called out.. Membership is little expensive as compared to my usage

I believe or in my opinion, Best Buy offers the best product warranty on what they sell. You should always get the extended warranty when necessary.

This tech support was very good. From simple repairs, to reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of the OS, I am very happy with what I got.

Having this has been useful and saved money IF you take the services for the price that BestBuy charges. Some of the services are over priced and this, for a fee, brings the price down to a normal amount.

Haven't had occasion to use it after initial setup and data transfer from my fried old PC. Disappointed that it doesn't cover my cracked Tracfone screen.

After purchasing this service, I called for one of the included services. Set up an appointment and the Geek Squad team tech was on time, did a long involved install and all was great.
