With all the electronics one has in the house with video, audio, computers, wifi, etc the Total Tech support pays for itself with 2 service calls. Totally worth it.

Don't want to get caught off guard when things go wrong. You should always get protection for your new devices. The cost of this insurance will save you more in potential repairs.

This tech support was very good. From simple repairs, to reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of the OS, I am very happy with what I got.
