I love having Best Buy's Total Tech Support because I am not very good at keeping my computer up to date and installing good security software.

Service is expensive, hardware install (in case of a failed hard drive) will need to be purchased separately. Otherwise, I came away with a working product, would recommend.

When ever we need help With anything, we can either chat on the computer or call on the phone. They are always knowledgeable and helpful.

The tech support subscription is nice should you have installations and technical service. Added bonus is the anti virus coverage.

Really good with computer issues though sometimes it takes too long to get an appointment. Avoid tax time! Not so good on other items. They justified raising the price with coverage on "everything" but couldn't/wouldn't touch at least three of our devices and told us they'd have to send the fourth out, for which we would be charged about as much as buying a replacement. Much preferred just covering computers
