This is so much better that calling the store, the store has some people thst know what they sale but most do not. This is definitely worth it.

I'm glad my boyfriend convinced me to get it! In case something goes wrong I can use the chat feature or use the app to take care of any problems.

Service is expensive, hardware install (in case of a failed hard drive) will need to be purchased separately. Otherwise, I came away with a working product, would recommend.
