Man, those Geek Squad Folks know what they're doing. Were able to restore my data from my old drive and get me going in no time!

Useful, however they take too much time to return youn the computer with all the updates. It would be great if you accept walk ins.

With all of the services under the Total Tech Support plan, I saved hundreds of dollars on security system installs and device setups.

Even though there is a scheduling system, sometimes you have to stay quite some time waiting in the store. However, the service was impecable.
