Used this plan to repair my laptop. If the hard drive was not so corrupted, would have saved a lot transferring data.

i am going to need this alot over time i am not huge on the techy stuff so this is nice to be offered.

Can’t live with out this protection plan. Didn’t think I would need but something always happens and love the coverage

So far the membership has been useful since I purchased all appliances through Best Buy

The only thing I would like to see above all other services is to have the geek squad able to come to my home to helping me with my problems

I keep renewing my Geek Squad Tech support because they fix your problems the first time and make sure you are satisffied.
