I purchased a TV and having the GeekSquad membership got me a discount on the 5-year TV coverage. There are many more things I’d like to utilize about this plan. The reason I left 4 stars is because I took my Airpods to them shortly after the purchase and they sent for a replacement pod for the right ear. This was great until the issue can back up a few more weeks later but they didn't have the tools available to determine the problem. They said I would need to go to the Apple store (over 20 miles away) because they cant send all 3 parts of the Airpod off, only individual parts. They denied an exchange now that it was out of return period even though the problem began before and they had documentation in their system from my previous visit. I went to Apple and they sent for other replacement parts. I had to pick them back up from the Apple Store (20 miles one way) when they arrived and they couldn't be sent to BestBuy or my house. Of course an hour after I got home they got the part in. I drove and picked them up, no one tested it and they sent me off. I got home and the Airpods still didn't work. BestBuy could have saved me all the time and effort by exchanging it. Someone should really make this right for me. The gas, time, and energy invested seems too much.

This plan has proven to be worthwhile. I was able to connect with technicians to answer and troubleshoot my problems.

I LIKE THAT I HAVE THE TOTAL TECH SUPPORT FOR WHEN IT IS NEEDED. I THINK I TOTALLY GOT A GOOD SAVINGS ON THIS.

This is a good plan to have when you have alot of devices. I would make sure you have a need for it as it is a little pricey.

I purchased the Total Tech Support and I am happy with the services Best Buy has to offer. The support has already paid for itself.

Once again, the people at the Bismarck, ND facility are VERY helpful and friendly. Able to help out every time!

To truly use the value of this, you'd want to pile a bunch of their services that this provides and then buy this for them. The value of this isn't really a "renew and keep the subscription" type of thing. If you only periodically buy the services this provides, the $200 down doesn't really get offset by anything. It's more of a "buy, perform these 8 services for the discounted rate, cancel" type of program.

Good savings on the protection plan I purchased for my with Best Buy. Good to have just in case I need it.

My laptop was looping continually snd I couldn’t get past the cycle. Everything was saved on my computer.

I always get the warranty on larger priced items and Best Buy is always there when or if you need them.

This service used to be pretty good but now it's very iffy. I do thank a couple of the instore Geeks, like Matt in Portland ME.

Call in support lacks expertise areas. I can read a manual on the web from a vendor and do not need a Tech to read it to me!!
