I had this service for 1 year. I tried to use it when I purchased a new computer but they still wanted to charge me for the service and they wanted to keep my computer for about 2 weeks. For me, it wasn't worth the money, so I cancelled it. I did like that it gave me discounts on purchases but I didn't like that it only covered software and not hardware.

The Best Buy Geek techs came to my house and fixed my sound bar and IPAD at the same time. They did great work!
