I tried to use it when I purchased a new computer but they still wanted to charge me for the service and they wanted to keep my computer for about 2 weeks. For me, it wasn't worth the money, so I cancelled it. I did like that it gave me discounts on purchases but I didn't like that it only covered software and not hardware.
