Great Total Tech Support is always appreciated. Especially when it comes to Best Buy Geek Squad!

I bought a computer and my dog knocked it off the desk which broke the power cord plug. No one at Geek could fix it and recommended I take it to an outside source. I lost all my data even tho I was told that it had been backed up for the future. Up until then, I had been a long time happy customer.

The young men really seem to know what they are doing and was able to answer all my questions.

The on-line assistance was of little value. A recent problem I encountered was never resolved through the on-line tech assistance. I took the device to the store where I purchased it and the Geek Squad associate was able to identify the problem - and fix it - in less than 5 minutes. From now on I will deal directly with the tech support in my home store.

When I need to use the total tech support I know they will be there to provide the support I need.
