    This is an outstanding product but for people my age there has to be a better price. I have had this service and I was never told the change in name and I called in to stop payment. Then a few day's later I needed help with something and I was told I canceled it. So after I was told what was what I bought it again. I know I shall get no help on pricing but please think of us older young persons.

    Installation of Zagg Invisible Shield!

    I tried to install the Invisible Shield, but had many problems installing it on my iPad! Best Buy refunded my money and I got another Zagg Shield! The Best Buy Rep was great and very careful in installing the shield on my iPad! He cleaned the screen and make sure dust was removed and then got it properly placed on screen and got all the bubbles smoothed out, which I was not able to do myself! It was well with the $15 I paid to install this shield! Thanks so much Best Buy!

    I have used Total Tech multiple times for installations and most recently to verify that all my Google mesh points were operating properly. I used the Google app to do this but I wanted assurance of coverage for all areas so I was sure my Ring cameras were within the coverage. They have installed televisions, speakers and repaired my iPad and resolved issues with our computers. Each transaction was $49. The services are great and the technicians are too.

    Protection plan saved me on my second failure

    My protection plan turned out to be a really good purchase because a second machine needed a new hard drive and the labor was covered by having the protection plan. The store manager also suggested I call in and have a tech login to my machine when I was having malware issues. This is an especially good thing to have if you have multiple machines in the home and they are getting up there in age and likely to fail.

    Excellent remote troubleshooting help on MS Office

    After I had my PC internal drive replaced by Geek Squad at Best Buy, I reinstalled all my apps including MS Office Pro 2010 but the Outlook EMail wouldn't send or receive messages. I tried redoing the EMail settings but to no avail. The Geek Squad specialist I was referred to, William C, fixed my Outlook problem in quick fashion, patience, courtesy, and offered very professional listening and advise. This made my Tech Support contract well worth the expense.

    Total tech support is well worth the money. It has covered multiple things for me and worth at least five times the value I paid for it. I had three different computers brought in some multiple times and had malware removed Webroot put on for free cleaning and other valuable things that would normally cost a lot of money. We also had cameras installed in our cars for free. Total tech support is a good plan and well worth the money.

    Geek Squad saves us a lot of money

    We just moved into a new home. The previous owners left their old mount on the wall for us. Initially, didn't think it would work, therefore I purchased this just in case. Ends up the Geek Squad installer made the old mount work saving us a lot of money. Kudos to Geek Squad. Also, I turned this in without any hastle to the store. Best Buy ends up being a loyal companion during the toughest of times - moving.

    They are so knowledgeable I bought the computer and within 2 weeks I want to see them 3 times. This is to get educated on it. When I purchased the computer they transfered all my other devices onto the computer. They are so nice to me and patient in teaching me on the use of it. I have told several friends since my Christmas purchase that I would not buy a computer anywhere else but Best Buy because of this experience.

    I have had this membership for over 15 years for my self and son in Las Vegas. Their support is outstanding. I have used it online, by phone and in store. I don't know what I would have done with out them. I will always maintain this membership for me and my family. I have recommended this membership to many friends who have also enjoyed the benefits of having this support. Thank you for being there.

    I just purchased my Total Tech support membership. I've used it once so far and I love it. I don't have to wonder and try to fix what happened to my laptop. I just take it to the store and they help me with my problem. So far so good. I highly recommend this membership to those who don't know much about their laptops and have had a problem with them. Its worth the trip or if you prefer to call.

    Total Tech Support is a value for everyday consumers and frequent shoppers alike! The amount of geeksquad coverage offered alone is nice, but to spice things up the members only pricing and the installation services will save you a fortune. 10/10 would recommend if you plan to have in store or in home services performed, youll immediately make up the difference.

    Total Tech Support is probably one of the best things Best Buy has came up with. The coverage you get for the amount of money you spend is a no brainer. Just having your TV mounted is 200 to $250 with this plan you get it for $50 how could you say no. Oh. I just had my son's car radio installed and it cost me $0 normally would have cost 149 to a $199 I mean can you really say no.

    I rarely purchase extended warranty type but when I listened to how this plan worked and what it included I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I have purchased lap top computers for three of my grandkids as gifts for high school graduations. They take their computers to university and put the machines through their paces. It is good to know the kids can keep their machines running no matter where they attend school.

    The discounts you receive for certain services, like mounting a TV in your home, can make the membership almost worthwhile. In this case, you would be charged $50 instead of $250 so if you're buying a laptop and are thinking of buying a TV you need mounted or even just setup at home, it almost pays for itself. On the other hand, if you don't think you're going to use it, it's and expensive membership.

    This plan has a lot of useful services, and I really have enjoyed the knowledge, professionalism and service of the agents working on my devices and installing my TV 99% of the time. But on one occassion I felt I was being upsold services that I didn't need to pay on the purchase of another TV. So I cancelled the TV purchase to give me time to research the information, had it not been for that one time, I would have a third TV, and you would have gotten 5 - stars.

    I am so glad that I purchased this! It has been helpful anytime I have an issue, questions, etc...and it is so awesome that it covers not only the computer I bought at Best Buy, but also my other devices purchased elsewhere (my 2 tv's, cell phone, 2 laptops, gaming system). They are always friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

    Got up one morning turned on the computer and nothing happened. Called and they got me right in. Called back shortly with the diagnosis, wasn’t good for me, but knew that I needed to replace it as mother board had died. With their help, I was able to make an informed decision, purchase another computer and get back to business. Was able salvage the hard drive and am still using it today!

    Got this to fix a laptop we purchased a few years ago. It’s really a good service. I hated this windows 10 laptop from the day we got it. It was slow and ads popped up everywhere. If we used it 10 times in 2 years I’d be shocked. I took a shot at this service. We did have it re-looked at a second time but they got it up and going. The service let’s you bring in as many computers as you want...so we did. You get a lot for this price so I think it’s worth it.

    Took my wife's dead computer to BB for service and they did a great job fixing it up(and I signed up for their Tech Support). Then I bought a new TV, so when they were arranging delivery I inquired about TV calibration and to my surprise I saved a lot of money because I was already part of their Tech Support, nice! I think I may call back while I still have Tech Support so they can check my WiFi...

    Brought my Mom's laptop that we did not buy from BestBuy in. Alex offered to update Second Life, along with all Windows updates once the virus was removed. She even explained, when we picked it up, that it was so far out of date that that was why SL wouldn't let Mom do it herself. Really great place as always and Alex is really smart and kind. Thanks Geek Squad we've been coming here forever and will continue to do so.
