on-line vs. in-store help

A recent problem I encountered was never resolved through the on-line tech assistance. I took the device to the store where I purchased it and the Geek Squad associate was able to identify the problem - and fix it - in less than 5 minutes. From now on I will deal directly with the tech support in my home store.
