It was worth the purchase price considering that I needed help switching data from one computer to the new one and had issues setting the new computer up once I got home. I was able to access help remotely through Greek Squad.

The membership is amazing for all tech but especially if you have a computer or something else that is out of warranty. My computer was having problems and they took it in after asking what it was doing and now it runs great!!! I'm so glad i got the membership, it's much cheaper then buying a new laptop.

I needed 2 new laptops set up. Then did a fantastic job and had great customer service. I am an independent consultant and they are my IT department.

Overall this membership is very useful and very nice to have.

This wonderful contract is a true blessing, as it allows me to have my laptop running and keep it running. The price for this 1 year contract is cheaper than what I have paid in past years for a professional computer repair technician to come to our office!!

I love the peace of mind this membership gives me. The benefits I use are wonderful. I don't actually use half the benefits but knowing I have Geek Squad if i need them is very comforting.

The Microsoft surface pro is a great product and I really like it. It was a little bit of an adjustment once I started working with it because it’s different than what I have before but it’s much better so thank you very much my issue I would be the geek squad I paid for that service and they did charge me For a flash drive and never even opened up the package or transferred any of my apps over to the Microsoft surface it’s too late now because I traded in the o older product so you can’t go back i and transfer, but I really have already had on the older laptop. So I’m disappointed in the gig service but I like the product thank you very much. God bless you.
