Great return on "investment"! Geek Squad repaired laptop. Actual cost would have been double what the total membership cost.

Great value of protection for multiple purchases. Definitely worth it.

After purchasing my new desktop computer and tablet, I needed to transfer my data, install microsoft office and install web root virus protection. Dealing with geek squad for these services, as this being a simple technology task for some, is not as simple for a senior, turned my purchase into a total positive experience. He went on to answer all my questions with warranty, future 24/7 tech support and advise for my home setup and had a great attitude! Definitely felt like VIP treatment and appreciate becoming a Best Buy Total member

This is our 3rd year having the membership and has been well worth the price. Covers all our big purchases and has paid for itself 5-6 times over.

This is an amazing membership. It is worth more than what you pay for. It is a godsend for those who own Apple products. I have yet to test its repair/replacement policy, but I will update whenever I have to. There are so many perks that cover the cost of your annual membership. If you love devices like I do, this is a no-brainer that gives you peace of mind with your devices purchased at Best Buy.

Good if you need help with computers like data transfers, saves a lot of moneg if you doing more than 1 device.

We got this subscription when my daughter was a college student and her laptop was acting up. The subscription was just a little bit more than having her computer worked on so we signed up. It has been very helpful having this because whenever we have an issue we just walk in and know it will be handled for free. I got the blue screen of death on my more recent laptop and it said my hard drive was failing. I brought it in expecting the laptop to be dead but they fixed everything and brought it back. It was six years old so I bought another one, which I am very happy with, but it was good to get the old one back alive. My son had a car stereo installed for free and that would have been over $400 if we had to pay it. I got the extended warranty on a dishwasher I purchased at Best Buy and it was extended for free for extra years. The dishwasher failed and they gave me a new one.

This membership was exactly what I needed when I purchased a new desktop and needed technical support to transfer all my data from my old pc to my new one including preliminary diagnostics on selecting the best pc for my needs.

Thisbis the best money spent!! Tons of saving and the warranty programs is excellent and easy!!

It comes with great benefits. We will be building a custom build for a gaming computer for my son and I found that having this plan the Geek Squad will assist us at no extra charge!
