My initial experience with Total Care was not positive. I had an in-store meeting scheduled. When I showed up, I had to wait to finally talk to someone. Apparently, everyone was busy. So much for scheduled appts. The person I finally got to speak with was not from the Geek Squad/Total Care. He was a kid filling in from another dept and really had no business being there. He couldn't even answer the first question I had. Pressing a little further his only suggestion was to bring my PC into the store for support. It was a wasted trip to the store for a couple minutes of nothing. I'm willing to give Total Care another try. If my next encounter with Total Care is not productive I will cancel.

I bought the membership and it paid for itself the first thing I did!! I had my data transferred from an old computer to a new one. They did an amazing job and everything was covered. It would have been more without the membership. :)

I brought my computer in and thought it was going to cost me and take me forever to get it fixed. In the middle of a move it was stressful. The best buy crew were awesome and got my computer up and running with no problem.

A great value membership. Got a PC issue? just pick up the phone and call. If they can solve the problem over the phone consider it done.

Total tech has come in handed so fast for a small business to personal use. It has saved/helped reassure that if anything going wrong its covered. If you dont have it then your missing out!

I purchased this membership to have full warranty and service available to me. The Geek Squad is an over the top added benefit! While transferring material from my old computer to this new laptop, the Geeks were very engaging and encouraging. You can even schedule one on one help sessions, if needed! The membership is also there for other purchases.

Nice to have, very pricey though. Minimum 50 characters for a comment? You asked for this, not me.

This membership is so nice to have and a great value for the money!

So far, I like it. I haven't had the chance to see everything it covers, but I hope to. I didn't even know that they offered home service so I'm looking forward to trying that out soon.

I always think I’m not going to renew this Total Membership plan, but then I end up buying something and since I have the Total Membership, I don’t have to buy a protection plan. Then recently, because I have this membership plan, upon buying a Samsung refrigerator, I got an additional $850 off! So maybe I’ll keep this plan around for a while.

This is the best membership on the planet it covers all your needs very very happy with this membership I would never cancel

Amazing opportunity. I have a device that is covered for an entire year. I am a college student so this will cover any damages. I won't have to pay unnecessary damages if anything occurs.

This membership was a no brainer especially when purchasing apple products bc you receive 24mo of AppleCare without any additional purchases. Also the ability to get free Geek Squad support for all your electronics no matter where you bought them.

Absolutely love this protection plan. It has been a life saver. I wouldn’t do without it and love the fact that all my products I purchase from Best Buy are protected for 2 year.
