Really great to have that peace of mind on every device purchased but having that “fee” when ever something does go wrong and being limited to a certain amount of uses then what’s the point of paying almost $200 a year and if it’s not used it’s like buying a new device every year but with out getting anything. Maybe if the fee was way less to get something fixed or fee free then the current annual price is justifiable

I won't liem It depends for people. If you do not come often, it is not the best. If you don't buy many phones, tablets or computers, it can be ehh? good for small tvs but anything with geeksquad coming to house? It still can cost (unless promotion says otherwise). I like it with my family being very non tech savy.

We've been a member of Best Buy Total since late 2019. It is great. If you don't want to be a techie but want you computer/devices to be in top shape then this program is for you. We actually purchased two memberships, one for ourselves and one for my sister-in-law, for her autistic son who is very hard on his computers. How good is it for them, let's just say that the Geek Squad knows the by name. Really, if you just don't want to be troubled by adding in new software, fixing a computer that crashes, making sure your updates are running properly...purchase the membership. There are other perks, too, but the one we use the most is the computer support.

Having a Best Buy total membership I’ve save so much money on growing my vinyl collection. Occasionally, I’ll get a $10 gift card I can use to apply to my purchases of vinyl records. Also, it gives me peace of mind regarding my bigger electronic purchases, if something were to go wrong or I need to have GeekSquad to check out technical issues that may arise with electronics.

This membership very valuable. Geek Squad set up my computer for me. Much easier to have done by professionals. And, if I need further assistance, I can contact them.
