This is actually a very good service, nice to know that everything I buy here is covered. I wish it wasn’t capped at two years, I had to buy extended apple care for my Macboom Air BUT it’s lasted 5 years.

Mostly positive results. A change to the administrative id was not communicated well, and caused some problems to right-mouse selection values that didn't work. Fortunately, the files were intact and could be located, so "no harm, no foul". The Geekers know their stuff, no doubt about that.
