This membership is ultimately the BEST deal! Member prices in addition to unlimited Geek Squad support are awsome. I also love the fact that I get protection plans on all my purchases. It's a win win all around that produces great eace of mind for me.

Excellent product. Good selection help at Best Buy. Bought during Labor Day discount sales period so price was right. Delivery was great. Installation fine. It worked from day one and I've had no problems with the unit. I paid but they hauled off the old refrigerator so the whole process was relatively easy and quick.

This membership is a game changer. Pay once and have your computer checked an unlimited number of times for one year.

This membership is a great value for all purchases at Best Buy. They qualify for this protection. I had to return a very expensive television, but when there was no replacement available, I received a gift card for a little less than what I paid for the television. It is also come in handy for other items, such as laptop protection, most recently the charger cord for the laptop broke, and I was mailed a brand new one within a week.

If you shop at best buy very often or if you have a business where most of your expenses go on electronics, i definitely recommend this membership!! Overall very worth it and good deals all year round!

The Geek Squad has fixed things for me numerous times, usually they can do it over the internet without me having to leave my house.

I purchased the Total Membership because I had several large purchases, and paying for individual protection plans for each would have cost more than the membership fee. However, to my surprise, I've received far more than just device protection! I successfully exchanged my TV twice with almost no hassle, finally getting the one I wanted. I also received a $200 price match thanks to the extended price match period included with the membership. I definitely recommend it!
