I needed a transfer from one computer to another which would have cost more than the price of this membership. Saved me money and I have it for a year if they are needed again.

I don't always need these but with a pair of new AirPods and a new laptop: it has already paid for itself by avoiding the more costly Apple Care and Geek Squad cost if we didn't have it.

Great product to have. Comes in handy. Staff is super good to work with.

A no brainer for anyone making more than one tech purchase per year. The 2 years of free Applecare on my new watch and 2 years of warranty on my ROG Ally X alone pays for the membership.

3 year member, I was very disappointed when my membership had an expired card on it. I contacted them 4 days too late to rectify. No w, ALL OF MY WARRANTIES ARE NULL AND VOID. My account still shows all of them. But I am out of luck. I called. The "back" office was supposed to contact me, but its been 5 DAYS, nothing. Now way to contact for help to fix. So, I paid more to go with Best Buy and now it kind of wasn't worth it without the coverage,

While I dislike buying warranty. This is the only one that I do purchase that covers all of my items.

If you don’t have this membership you don’t know what you’re missing. Money off of high priced items, free delivery, and money off of Geek Squad! Yall tripping!

i was thinking that this was a waste of a subscription, however when i bought this subscription, i was able to save so much when purchasing from best buy!!!

Having this membership gave me peace of mind and it helped me in my time of need under a very stressful situation! Whether it is used again or not, it is a relief that knowing that help is just a phone call away with the Geek Squad being included is a sure bonus! Thank you very much Best Buy!

The technician was extremely helpful and getting my computer set up. The only thing I would say is to make sure you tell your client everything that they need because I had to go in six different times to take something for the computer because they told me I did not need these things and then turned around and said I did

i have used this before and not real happy BUT this time with the old, new and carrying case....ALL Best Buy folks were BEYOND marvelous...Aaron, Andrew, Anthony...they are the AAA of Best Buy in my book. They ALL are TRUE Assets to this Best Buy

This membership has advantages on most purchases we have made!

Membership is well worth it never had a bad experience. Everybody has been always nice. Purchased a TV and a computer there now order games for my grandson hoping he enjoys them as much as we enjoy our TV.

Our Best Buy membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are excellent. Also we love the peace of mind of getting protection plan on our puschases as well.

Best Buy total membership has already paid for itself. The Geek Squad has already cleaned malware off my laptop twice and my membership is only 7 weeks old. I look forward to using the other benefits, IE the longer return times and discounts over the holidays. GREAT investment! WB

I would recommend this to someone who buys alot from best buy frequently but i ordered off of the 800 # and it was hard to understand the individual which told me this was good for two years not whati was told when i went to pick up my product that i bought this for had i know it was yearly i would of went with the Geek squad protection plan which i ended up doing i really love best buy it has changed over the years and it is getting harder to find people who know the products.
