It's like having insurance. The people working in this area are really great. My only complaint is it can be hard to get an immediate appointment when you need to get help immediately. The membership is more expensive than I like, as we've seldom used it. Instead of increasing the price each year, a discount should be given as a reward for renewing. But it's good to know it's there if we need it. A bonus for us is we live a half mile away from our Best Buy.

The Best Buy Total Membership is a great value at a great price considering all its benefits and coverages for all your Best Buy purchases during a calendar year. I would highly recommend it for everyone.

Unlimited Geek service is one of the best benefits around. So much easier, quicker & less frustrating than trying to do it myself, screwing it up ending up at the Geek counter anyway!

Great value. I purchased this membership when my mom and I ordered a new computer for home and it was a great deal and value. Included geek squad support and store warranty for it was worth it. It applies to any purchases made in store or online.

This is an excellent service provided by Best Buy. We are happy with our membership and feel very confident that the work, if necessary, will be provided in a timely and expert manner.

We bought a new washer and dryer and purchased our membership at the same time. It has already saved us money and we do shop often at Best Buy. With plans to buy additional item for our new home, it was a good time to join the club.

I haven't used the service yet. I'm waiting to see what kind of service I receive when I take a Phone or IPad in.

Membership is helpful but it took FOUR agents to update my account! That is extemely poor customer service!! The first three agents did not know how to renew my membership!

Great membership, if you’re a frequent buyer this will pay for itself.

This has been amazing especially when you have kids in college and something goes wrong with the laptops. But the technicians at the Cumming store are not too nice. Can be very rude, not just to me bit I witnessed a technician be very rude to an elderly man that his phone didnt work because he didnt have an appointment. No one was in line and the technician had been just standing there and refused to see this little old man. Thankfully a nice man shopping saw all this and helped the little old man out. It was something simple that the little old man must of clicked on and didnt know how to get it changed back. Its sad that their isnt any customer service anymore in the country. Or respect for elders.

Their immediate response and top-notch service made the whole process hassle-free. If you're looking for a reliable place to buy electronics, Best Buy is hands down the best. It’s helped a lot with pc issues even though the pc wasn’t bought from best buy.

For me this is a great value. I have already saved money on having it. Paid for itself. Member prices, deals, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. For example my Mac pro came with the Apple care free as did some other perks for 3-4 months. My dishwasher with a good price, was installed for free to include the kit and haul away. There is no problem exchanging something if you feel you needed something else or it is faulty/broken. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on the purchases. I have recommended this plan to several other friends, who are very happy with it.
