Best Buy's membership gives me ease of mind. I have all of appliances as well as technology for the family and extended family all with Best Buy, having the Total Tech membership reassures me that if something breaks or a screen cracks, Best Buy will step in and fix it and I don't have to.

Its nice to know that if I had a problem they have my back. My wife's computer more ssd space the Geek Squad was outstanding they helped me get the right board and reset the computer and moved all her files. They also found some bad files that my firewall did not catch. The only thing I paid for was the part. You can not get that anywhere else that I know of. Thank you the help.

I just recently purchased this support membership, becasue I hade a remote service for many years and they must have been sold to a company that is not ablut helping but, more about scamming and getting you to pay for fixing issues you don't even have. If you have ever used a comany by US TECH SUPPORT BECAREFUL!

My bestbuy total membership is awesome. If I can not figure it out I aways use my plan and contact geek squad or schedule an appointment to bring in my item for evaluation.
