The my Best Buy Total membership is extremely valuable. The coverage it offers, combined with the discounts and extra perks makes it an extremely valuable investment, especially when you own alot of tech.

Member prices are great. I have not had to use the Geek Squad except to set up the new computer, but they were wonderful to work with. The customer phone support is TERRIBLE though.

I had a few issues with my recent purchase of a Lenovo laptop (nothing remotely serious), but everytime I went into the store the counter men were great. Kudos and thank yous to Evan Besser, Jon Herra & Matt Harrington, and anyone in the back who helped us. Everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.

This has been amazing especially when you have kids in college and something goes wrong with the laptops. But the technicians at the Cumming store are not too nice. Can be very rude, not just to me bit I witnessed a technician be very rude to an elderly man that his phone didnt work because he didnt have an appointment. No one was in line and the technician had been just standing there and refused to see this little old man. Thankfully a nice man shopping saw all this and helped the little old man out. It was something simple that the little old man must of clicked on and didnt know how to get it changed back. Its sad that their isnt any customer service anymore in the country. Or respect for elders.

I love having the membership for it allows greater access and protection on all my purchases. Everything I do in store or online is less of a hassle.

This is a great membership to obtain. You gain exclusive access to Black Friday deals as well as money back if an item you bought went on sale but you paid full price. I would totally recommend because the money your spending yearly on this membership is little to nothing compared to what your saving.

BEST BUY, products, staff including Geek Squad are great! They treat this older non-computer person with patience and understanding of limitation's. They have always been able to solve my issues, and supply me with the correct product. When a worker has come to my home they have been efficient, polite and I recommend BEST BUY as a service or tech store to everyone.

I have no complaints the salesman saved me a lot of money and I bought a lower priced laptop that was on sale and it had the same features as the one I had my eye on. I bought a Lenovo Legion

I would definitely recommend the Best Buy Total membership. As a frequent shopper at Best Buy, this membership has become indispensable for me. The points and discounts make it easy to save money on top of what I already save by using my best buy credit card. I am saving money, which is nice. I love that I get free two-day shipping, and they have a convenient service that allows me to return anything in the store. I would absolutely recommend that my friends get this membership.

My PC was having issues over the span of months thst were difficult to consistently replicate. Taking it in for service over and over can become expensive. This service can be great for the right scenario. I canceled after the year due to a new PC purchase, so you're going to have to gauge how often you plan to be at Geek Squad in order to determine if this is a value or not for you.

Get this plan,its probably the best membership on anything I've had. Because it's the only one when you have an issue they actually help you. They actually do something. The perks and deals are a great plus,and I only get my best stuff from Best Buy. The money you can save is the biggest incentive. Staff has been great,and professional throughout on walking me through things. Get the membership,its so worth it!
